The Kooples
In 2008, brothers Alexandre, Laurent and Raphael Elisha (sons of the Comptoir des Cotonniers founders) created their own brand. Using effortless Parisian silhouettes as a base, they added a British dandy touch and a pinch of rock ’n’ roll. The result? The Kooples. The brand’s collections are defined by clean cuts, as well as fitted basics that convey a sense of “je ne sais quoi”. One of the founders' leading couples encapsulated the style: Serge Gainsbourg and Jane Birkin – the perfect mix of France and England that makes up The Kooples.

The Kooples
The brand’s name is a pun, which comes from the French pronunciation of the English word “couples” (and translates to “the couples” in Spanish). In 2013, The Kooples honoured its name by using famous – and stylish – real-life couples as the main characters in one of its most renowned campaigns.

التسجيلEtro
Kaleidoscopic prints, tailoring and bright colours are as recognisable as ETRO’s Pegasus emblem. Founded in 1968, the Milan-born brand offers everything from jewellery and footwear to fragrances and men's and women's collections, all influenced by the distinctive 'Gimmo' vision that makes the brand recognisable across the world.
Gerolamo 'Gimmo' Etro's wanderlust changed the face of fashion. On a trip to India, the Italian economist discovered paisley, the print that would become ETRO’s hallmark. Conceived as a family business, the key to its success is remaining faithful to the clan’s origins. Now, this challenge is in the hands of Marco de Vincenzo, the first creative director without the Etro surname, to push the label’s heritage towards the future.
In 1914, after leaving Italy for the United States, Salvatore Ferragamo opened his shoe repair and manufacturing workshop in Hollywood; the rest is fashion history. From the rainbow sandal to cage heels or crafting footwear with raffia and nylon, each of his unusual designs earned him the nickname ‘the shoemaker of dreams’ and became pieces of fashion legacy that still inspire today's masters.
Ferragamo
Ferragamo had the whole of Hollywood at his feet. Greta Garbo, Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe were some of the actresses who relied on his designs to take their first steps in the industry. Since then, the glamour and style of Hollywood’s golden age continues to accompany the Italian firm.
