ADVENT CALENDAR CAMPAIGN AT “LAS ROZAS VILLAGE”

  1. The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B-60.689.486 (hereinafter referred to interchangeably as the “Organizer” and “Las Rozas Village”), the entity that manages the La Rozas Village shopping center (the “Village”). The Organizer can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postal Code 08430 (Barcelona).

  2. The Organizer, together with several boutiques in the Village (the “Participating Boutique(s)”), will carry out a promotion during the 2025 Christmas season, which will consist of the awarding of gifts or certain experiences or benefits, directly by the Participating Boutiques, to Village customers (the “Customers”). Specifically, the Organizer and the Participating Boutiques have created a calendar during which, each day, a Participating Boutique will offer a gift, experience, or benefit to Village customers, similar to an advent calendar (the “Promotion”).

  3. The Promotion will run from December 1 to 24, 2025, inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). Thus, during each day of the Period, a Participating Boutique will award a different gift, experience, or benefit to Customers, subject to the conditions freely determined by the Participating Boutique (the “Prize” or “Prizes”) and, where applicable, to compliance with a series of requirements or conditions (the “Conditions”) that Customers must meet to access each Prize.

  4. It is expressly stated that each Participating Boutique has determined the Conditions—both those relating to the enjoyment of the Prize and those that, where applicable, Customers must meet to be eligible for it—and has also chosen the corresponding Prize. Therefore, the Organizer does not provide any guarantees regarding the Prizes awarded by the Participating Boutiques of the Village.

If the Prize consists of a discount, it will always be applied to the Village price. 5. Customers will be able to discover, each day, the Prize awarded that same day by the corresponding Participating Boutique, according to the information provided through a physical medium that will be The prizes will be placed in the area known as “Puertas Castellanas” in the Village (the “Support”). The Support, as well as communications made through the various communication channels of the Promotion (social media, newsletter, website, etc. – the “Channels”), will indicate both the Prizes per day and the applicable Conditions in each case, such as minimum purchase amount, date of enjoyment or collection, maximum number of places available or stock, whether, in the case of an event, an appointment or prior registration is required, etc.; all of this depending on the nature of each Prize and the Conditions chosen by each Participating Boutique.

  1. Deadline and place of collection or enjoyment: Unless otherwise indicated in the Support and/or the other Channels, the deadline for collecting the Prize, or reserving it as applicable, will be the same day the Customer makes the purchase in the Village, as each Prize is designed to be won on a different day of the Deadline; and, in any case, until places are filled or While supplies last. After the collection period has expired, Customers will forfeit their right to the corresponding Prize, which will not be combined with the following day's Prize or any subsequent prizes, even if they fall within the Period.

The collection or redemption location will be expressly indicated on the Support Material and/or Channels. Failing that, the collection location will be Concierge Services at the Village itself.

  1. Notwithstanding the above, to be eligible for the Prizes, Customers must, in all cases:

  • Have made at least one purchase in the Village on the same day that each Prize is announced (unless, for a specific Prize, the opposite is expressly indicated on the Support Material and/or Channels).

  • Be registered with Membership or register at the time of making the purchase(s) indicated in the previous point.

  • Scan all their purchases made in the Village during the Period.

  1. To collect or enjoy the Prize, Customers must present, in addition to their code, the following: Membership staff must present at least one purchase receipt – following the terms indicated in the previous point – to the staff of the Participating Boutique or the location where each Prize is collected.

  2. Prizes may not be, in whole or in part, transferred or exchanged for their cash value, nor for alternative prizes, even those of lesser value.

  3. The Prizes do not extend to any other item not expressly specified, including, but not limited to, the following exclusions:

  • Meals (unless the participating Boutique is one of the Village's restaurants and the Prize consists of a product or experience within the Boutique itself);

  • Transfers;

  • Fees and taxes, including those related to the Prize and the tourist tax.

  1. Only one entry per Customer per day is allowed during the Promotion Period. The number of winners will be determined by each Participating Boutique based on the nature of the Prize, i.e., until stock or available slots for the Prize are exhausted.

  2. The following persons are not eligible to participate in this Promotion and, therefore, cannot be winners:

  • Minors under 18 years of age;

  • The partners, directors, and employees of the Organizer, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, or any other companies within the group that operate under The Bicester Collection concept, the agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who participated in its development, as well as their children and immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the preceding paragraph is selected as a winner, the Organizer may disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize for failure to meet the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organizer, which reserves the right to initiate any legal action it deems appropriate to claim compensation for damages and any other rights it may have.

In any case, the Organizer is exempt from liability for the fraudulent participation of third parties and for their malpractice in the promotion and development of the Promotion. 13. The Organizer will not be liable for cases of force majeure, nor for acts not directly attributable to it, that may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying their Prize.

  1. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for entries that are not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer or software malfunction, or any type of satellite, network, or server failure; nor for decisions or criteria within the purview of the Participating Boutiques.

  2. The Organizer and the Participating Boutiques reserve the right to substitute Prizes with alternatives of equivalent or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.

  3. Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions, signifying that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their entire content without reservations or limitations. The terms and conditions will be permanently available for consultation and printing by all Customers on the Organizer's website, specifically at the following links:

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions of the Promotion at any time, undertaking to communicate any new terms and conditions or definitive cancellation, as applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure beyond the Organizer's control, Las Rozas Village has to be closed to the public and therefore the Promotion cannot be carried out, Customers may not make any claim against the Organizer.

  1. In compliance with current legislation, where applicable, the Organizer and/or Participating Boutiques must withhold and pay the corresponding Personal Income Tax on behalf of the winning Customers of each Prize, which they will declare on the corresponding tax forms. Any tax implications of receiving the Prize on the winner's tax status will be the sole responsibility of the winner, and the Organizer and Participating Boutiques are therefore relieved of any liability in this regard.

  2. Winning Customers accept and authorize the publication of their name and/or image while collecting their Prizes on the Organizer's website and social media, if the Organizer so deems, as well as in any other commercial, advertising, or media outlet that the Organizer may use or contract (internal or external), in order to inform and publicize the results of the Promotion. This authorization is granted solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. Each winner agrees to participate, to a reasonable extent, in subsequent advertising initiatives that the Organizer may request.

  3. For the purposes of applicable regulations, it is stated that the territorial scope of the Promotion extends to the territory of the Community of Madrid. Thus, these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Community of Madrid and/or the applicable laws of Spain. Failure by a participant to comply with any of the rules and regulations established in these terms and conditions will result in their immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Promotion, with the loss of the Prize, if applicable. 21. Participants and the Organizer agree that any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona.
