DRAW FOR A DINNER FOR TWO AT THE JOSELITO RESTAURANT IN LAS ROZAS VILLAGE, FOR MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS WHO DINE AT THE JOSELITO RESTAURANT IN LAS ROZAS VILLAGE ON DECEMBER 15, 2025
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS WHO PARTICIPATE IN THIS LAS ROZAS VILLAGE DRAW:

  1. The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the “Organizer” or “Las Rozas Village”), the entity that manages the Las Rozas Village outlet center (the “Village”). The Organizer can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès 08430 (Barcelona).

  2. The Organizer details below the rules governing the prize draw (the “Rules” and the “Prize Draw,” respectively), which are exclusively for Membership members who make a purchase at the Joselito restaurant in the Village on December 15, 2025 (the “Period”).

  3. To participate, Membership members must:

  • Scan their purchases made during the Period at any of the Village's boutiques and restaurants that have a scanner, i.e., all except “Starbucks,” which is excluded from this promotion. Purchases that are not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances.

  • Be previously registered with Membership or register at the time of making said purchases. - Upon fulfilling the above conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been successfully registered and that they are therefore eligible to participate in the Draw. They must confirm their participation, if they wish, by clicking on the option expressly included in said email. In other words, they will only become a participant once they have expressly confirmed their participation under the terms indicated above.

  1. The Draw will take place once the Deadline has ended; specifically, on December 16, 2025.

  2. The prize will consist of a dinner for two (2) people at the Joselito del Village restaurant, valued at eighty (80) Euros (the “Prize”). Only one entry per person is allowed in the Draw, and there will be only one (1) winner of the Prize.

  3. The winner will be chosen randomly through the random.org platform. The winner will receive an email notification confirming their win in the Draw. They must reply to this email with their contact information (name, surname, address, landline and/or mobile phone number, national identity document number, and email address). The Organizer will then inform them of the prize collection location. The deadline for responding to the email and providing their information is seven (7) calendar days from the date the Organizer sends the notification. If no response is received, or if the winner expressly declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited.

  4. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, in whole or in part, for its cash value or for alternative prizes, even those of lesser value.

  5. The Prize does not extend to any other item not expressly specified, including, but not limited to, the following exclusions:

  • Transfers;

  • Fees and taxes, including those related to the Prize and the tourist tax.

  1. Collection Deadline: The maximum period for enjoying the Prize is until January 31, 2026. After this date, the winner will forfeit their right to the Prize, and it will be considered unclaimed, without the winner being entitled to any compensation. The winner must prove their identity by showing their National Identity Document (DNI), Passport, and/or Driver's License to the Concierge Services staff at Las Rozas Village. The winner must sign the Prize receipt at that same location.

  2. The following persons are not eligible to participate in this Draw and, therefore, cannot be winners:

  • Minors under 18 years of age;

  • The partners, directors, and employees of the Organizer, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, or any other companies within the group that apply The Bicester Collection concept, the agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who participated in its development, as well as their children and immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the previous paragraph is selected as a winner, the Organizer may disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize for failure to meet the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organizer, which reserves the right to initiate any legal action it may deem appropriate to claim compensation for damages and any other rights it may have. In such a case, the Draw will be held again to select a new winner.

In any case, the Organizer is exempt from liability for the fraudulent participation of third parties and for their malpractice in the promotion and development of the Sweepstakes.

  1. The Organizer will not be liable for cases of force majeure, nor for acts not directly attributable to it, that may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying their Prize.

The Organizer accepts no responsibility for entries that are not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer or software failure, or any type of satellite, network, or server failure.

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.

  2. Mere participation in the Sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, meaning that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their entire content, without reservations or limitations. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions of this Giveaway at any time, undertaking to communicate any new Terms and Conditions or definitive cancellation, as applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure beyond the Organizer's control the Village has to be closed to the public and therefore the Giveaway cannot be held, the participant may not make any claim against the Organizer.

  1. The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organizer does not provide any guarantees regarding the Prize that the winner may receive in the Giveaway.

  2. In compliance with current legislation, where applicable, the Organizer will withhold and pay the corresponding Personal Income Tax from the Prize winner and declare the Prize awarded on the relevant tax forms. Any tax implications of receiving the Prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner, and the Organizer will be relieved of any liability in this regard.

  3. The Winner of the Draw accepts and authorizes the publication of their name and/or image while receiving their Prize on the Organizer's website and social media, if the Organizer deems it appropriate, as well as in any other commercial, advertising, or media outlet (internal or external) that the Organizer may use or contract, in order to inform and publicize the results of the Draw. This authorization is granted solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The winner agrees to participate, to a reasonable extent, in any subsequent advertising initiatives that the Organizer may request.

  4. For the purposes of applicable regulations, it is hereby stated that the territorial scope of the Draw extends to the territory of the Autonomous Community of Madrid. Therefore, these Terms and Conditions are governed by Law 6/2001, of July 3, on Gambling in the Community of Madrid, and, subsidiarily, by any applicable Spanish law. Failure by a participant to comply with any of the rules and regulations established in these Terms and Conditions will result in their immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Draw, with the loss of any Prize.

  5. Participants and the Organizer agree that any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona and their higher courts. 20.
