“FASHION STARS” CAMPAIGN / PROMOTION AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE: AN ADDITIONAL 70% DISCOUNT ON THE VILLAGE PRICE ON SELECTED PRODUCTS

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE “FASHION STARS” CAMPAIGN SHALL APPLY TO THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN PRODUCTS SELECTED BY THE PARTICIPATING BOUTIQUES AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE:

On the occasion of the “Fashion Stars” campaign (the “Promotion”), Las Rozas Village (the “Village” or the “Centre”) offers visitors to the Village a 70% discount on the Village retail price (the “Discount”), under the terms and conditions set out below (the “T&Cs”).

The Promotion is only valid in those Village boutiques that are participating (the “Boutiques” or individually, the “Boutique”). In addition, some Boutiques may offer benefits different from the Discount. At the end of these T&Cs, the Boutiques* are listed, distinguishing between those applying the Discount and those offering alternative benefits**. In any case, the Village’s food and beverage outlets, such as restaurants and cafés, are excluded from the Promotion.

The Promotion consists of the application of the Discount (or, where applicable, the commercial benefit expressly stated in these T&Cs) by the Boutiques on purchases of certain products freely selected by them (the “Product(s)”), while stocks last. Boutiques may select specific sizes of each Product for the Promotion and therefore cannot guarantee that all sizes will be available. However, customers may purchase up to a maximum of one unit of each Product per Boutique (i.e. one unit per reference/model/colour; except in cases expressly stated at the end of these T&Cs*), even if they are of different sizes. Products from the 2026 collections are expressly excluded from the Promotion, and therefore the Discount cannot be applied to them.

The Promotion will take place solely on 30 May 2026, i.e. for one day only and for purchases made on that same day.

The Promotion is only valid for purchases made physically in the Village Boutiques. The Discount will not apply to any purchases made via digital, online and/or remote channels, including “Virtual Personal Shopping” and “Las Rozas Village from Home”, even if customers purchase any of the Products through these services.

The Discount cannot be combined with other offers and will not be valid while any other promotional campaign is taking place in the Village and/or in the relevant Boutique.

Unless expressly stated otherwise below** for certain Boutiques, the Discount will be applied to the Village retail price of the products, before the application of any taxes, duties, levies or similar charges.

The customer acknowledges and accepts that: 8.1 Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., operator of the Village, its partners, subsidiaries and other affiliated entities, as well as the owner of the Village (together referred to as “VR”), are in no way responsible for the prices or discounts announced and/or ultimately applied by the Boutiques at any given time; 8.2 VR solely manages the Centre, while the Boutiques carry out sales and transactions directly with customers. Therefore, any sale and, where applicable, the application of the Discount or any other benefit or promotion does not create any contractual relationship between VR and the customer; 8.3 Likewise, the selection of Products has been made by the Boutiques, and VR does not provide any guarantee regarding the products (for example, in relation to their quality) sold by the Boutiques and purchased directly by customers from them; and 8.4 Accordingly, the customer acknowledges that they shall have no right, and hereby waive any right, to make any claim against VR should the Boutique ultimately not apply the Discount, whether in whole or in part, or should it not participate in the Promotion. Any such claim, if considered appropriate, should be addressed directly to the relevant Boutique.
