CONGRATULATIONS ON MAINTAINING LEVEL 3!

We would like to reward you, for maintaining your Level 3 status, with a special gift. By having made purchases at participating boutiques in Las Rozas Village (the “Village”) equipped with scanners* with a total value equal to or exceeding €3,000 between 1 March 2025 and 28 February 2026, you have maintained your Level 3 status within our Membership Programme. Therefore, you will receive one SHISEIDO “Expert Sun Protector Lotion SPF50+” 50ml (the “Reward”). Purchases not scanned or incorrectly scanned will not count under any circumstances.

For maintaining Level 3, you will have received an email (the “Email”)** on 01/03/2026, which you must show at the Beauté Prestige International (Shiseido) Boutique at the Village, together with your ID or passport and your personal Membership code, in order to receive your reward.

• One Reward per Membership code. Valid for 3 months from receipt of the Email or until stock runs out, whichever occurs first. You may collect your Reward until 31 May 2026 at the latest.

** If, having fulfilled the conditions to maintain Level 3, you did not receive the Email, please contact the Village Concierge Services as soon as possible.

You will receive this Reward provided you have reached Membership Level 3. The Reward consists solely of the item mentioned above and does not extend to any other item not expressly specified. The Reward is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash value or alternative rewards, even of lower value.

We do not provide warranties for the products that comprise the Reward, nor will we be responsible for customer service and/or services provided by the boutique. We will not be responsible for the inability to deliver the Reward due to force majeure or causes outside our control. The general terms and conditions of the Membership Programme shall also apply to this Reward.

To maintain your Level again, please ask staff at participating boutiques to correctly scan your code. You must accumulate €3,000 or more from 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027.
