To celebrate your achievement in reaching Level 2 of Membership, we are pleased to offer you three (3) days of free access to one of the “David Lloyd Clubs” in Madrid. To reach Level 2, you must have scanned all your purchases* made between 1 March 2026 and 28 February 2027 (the “Period”) at any participating boutique in Las Rozas Village (the “Village”) that has a scanner, and your total spend during the Period must have been at least €1,000*. Once you reach Level 2, you will receive the “Welcome to Level 2” reward via email** (the “Email”). The Email will include a link so that you can book your three days of free access directly with “David Lloyd Clubs” at any of their clubs located in the Community of Madrid. In the link provided, you will need to give your contact details to organise your visit to the club you have chosen, and you must accept the privacy policy and other terms and conditions of “David Lloyd Clubs”. Additionally, to redeem your reward, on the day of your visit to the chosen Club you must present your Membership QR code and valid identification (ID card, passport and/or photo driving licence). The Club team will scan the QR code corresponding to your Membership code. The reward includes three (3) days of free trial access for one (1) person to one of the following “David Lloyd Clubs” in Madrid: Aravaca, Boadilla, La Finca or Serrano. It cannot be redeemed at other David Lloyd Clubs, even if located in Spain. It is valid for a single use per member, subject to availability, and expires three (3) months after receiving the Email. In any case, the final redemption date will be 31 March 2027. *Purchases that are not scanned or are incorrectly scanned will not be counted under any circumstances. **If you do not receive the Email, please contact the Village Concierge services as soon as possible. This reward is available exclusively to members who reach Level 2 and includes only the benefit described. It does not cover other products or services not explicitly mentioned. We reserve the right to modify the range of products and/or services included in the reward. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or alternative gifts, even of lesser value. We offer no guarantees and accept no responsibility for the services or experiences provided by the partner. Nor are we liable for failure to deliver the reward due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
