BICYCLE DRAW FOR MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS FOR PURCHASES OVER €500 MADE BETWEEN DECEMBER 26, 2020 AND JANUARY 5, 2026 AT THE “BOSS” STORE IN LAS ROZAS VILLAGE

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL APPLY TO MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS PARTICIPATING IN THIS LAS ROZAS VILLAGE DRAW:

  1. The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax Identification Number B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the “Organizer”, “Las Rozas Village” interchangeably), the entity that manages the Las Rozas Village outlet center (the “Village”). The Organizer can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, 08430 Barcelona, ​​Spain.

  2. The Organizer details below the rules governing the prize draw (the “Rules” and the “Plunge,” respectively), which are exclusively for Membership members who make a purchase of at least €500 at the “Boss” boutique in the Village, during the period between December 26, 2025, and January 5, 2026, inclusive (the “Term”).

  3. To participate, Membership members must:

  • Scan their purchase made during the Term at the “Boss” store in the Village. Purchases that are not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances.

  • Be previously registered with Membership or register at the time of making one of the purchases. - Upon fulfilling the above conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been successfully registered and that they are therefore entitled to participate in the Draw. They must confirm their participation, if they wish, by clicking on the option expressly included in said email. In other words, they will only become a participant once they have expressly confirmed their participation under the terms indicated above.

  1. The Draw will take place once the Deadline has ended; specifically, on January 7, 2026.

  2. The prize will consist of a “BMC” brand bicycle, “BMC by Boss” model, limited edition, valued at four thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine Euros (€4,999) (the “Prize”). Only one entry per person is allowed in the Draw, and there will be only one (1) winner of the Prize.

  3. The winner will be chosen randomly through the random.org platform. The winner will receive an email notification confirming their win. They must reply to this email with their contact information (name, surname, address, landline and/or mobile phone number, national identity document number, and email address). The Organizer will then inform them of the prize collection location. The deadline for replying to the email and providing their information is seven (7) calendar days from the date the Organizer sends the notification. If no response is received, or if the winner expressly declines the prize, it will be forfeited.

  4. The Prize cannot be, in whole or in part, transferred or exchanged for its cash value, nor for alternative prizes, even those of lesser value.

  5. The Prize does not extend to any other item not expressly specified, including, but not limited to, the following exclusions:

  • Per diem;

  • Transfers;

  • Fees and taxes, including those derived from the Prize and the tourist tax.

  1. Collection Deadline: The deadline for physically collecting the Prize is March 31, 2026. After this date, the winner will forfeit their right to the Prize, and it will be considered unclaimed, without the winner being entitled to any compensation. The winner must prove their identity by showing their National Identity Document (DNI), Passport, and/or Driver's License to the Concierge Services staff at Las Rozas Village. The winner must sign the Prize receipt at that same location. The Organizer shall not be obligated, under any circumstances, to send or deliver the Prize to the Winner's address or to make any delivery outside the location indicated in the preceding paragraph. It is the sole responsibility of the Winner to collect the Prize within the established timeframe.

  2. The following persons are ineligible to participate in this Draw and, therefore, cannot be winners:

  • Minors under 18 years of age;

  • Partners, directors, and employees of the Organizer, Las Rozas Village, La Roca Village, or any other companies within the group that operate under The Bicester Collection brand, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who participated in its development, as well as the children and immediate family members of all of these.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the preceding paragraph is selected as a winner, the Organizer may disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize for failure to meet the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organizer, who reserves the right to initiate any legal action that may be appropriate to claim compensation for damages and any other rights to which they may be entitled. In such an event, the Draw will be held again to select a new winner.

In any case, the Organizer is exempt from liability for the fraudulent participation of third parties and for their malpractice, unrelated to the Organizer, in the promotion and development of the Draw.

  1. The Organizer will not be liable for cases of force majeure, nor for acts not directly attributable to them that may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying their Prize.

The Organizer accepts no responsibility for entries that are not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer or software failure, or any kind of satellite, network, or server failure.

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.

  2. Participation in the Sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, meaning that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their entire content without reservations or limitations. The Terms and Conditions will be permanently available for consultation and printing by all participants, in the following languages, on the Organizer's website, specifically at the following links:

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions of this Sweepstakes at any time, undertaking to communicate any new Terms and Conditions, conditions, or definitive cancellation, as applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure beyond the Organizer's control the Village has to be closed to the public and the Draw cannot therefore take place, the participant may not make any claim against the Organizer.

  2. The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organizer provides no guarantees regarding the Prize that the winner receives in the Draw.

  3. In compliance with current legislation, if applicable, the Organizer will withhold and pay the corresponding Personal Income Tax to the winner and will declare the Prize awarded on the corresponding tax forms. Any tax implications of receiving the Prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner, and the Organizer will be relieved of any liability in this regard.

  4. The Winner of the Draw accepts and authorizes the publication of their name and/or image while receiving their Prize on the Organizer's website and social media, if the Organizer so deems, as well as in any other commercial, advertising, or media outlet that the Organizer may use or contract (internal or external), in order to inform and publicize the results of the Draw. This authorization is granted solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The winner agrees to participate, to a reasonable extent, in any subsequent advertising initiatives that the Organizer may request.

  5. For the purposes of applicable regulations, it is hereby stated that the territorial scope of the Draw extends to the territory of the Autonomous Community of Madrid. Therefore, these Terms and Conditions are governed by Law 6/2001, of July 3, on Gambling in the Community of Madrid, and, subsidiarily, by any applicable Spanish law. Failure by the participant to comply with any of the rules and regulations established in these Terms and Conditions will result in their immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Draw, with loss of the Prize, if applicable.

  6. Participants and the Organizer agree that any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona and their higher courts.
