DRAW OF 10 LEVI'S JACKETS FOR MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS FOR PURCHASES OF £250 OR MORE BETWEEN 22 SEPTEMBER AND 8 OCTOBER AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL APPLY IN RESPECT OF MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS PARTICIPATING IN THIS LAS ROZAS VILLAGE PRIZE DRAW:
  1. The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., NIF B-60.689.486 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser", "Las Rozas Village" interchangeably), the entity which manages the Las Rozas Village outlet centre. The Organiser can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona).

The Organiser sets out below the terms and conditions of the prize draw (the "Prize Draw" or "Prize Draws" and the "Terms and Conditions" respectively), which are intended exclusively for members of Las Rozas Village Membership.

  1. The territorial scope of this Sweepstakes extends to the territory of Spain, i.e. both mainland and island.

  2. Members of Membership who make purchases of a value of €250 or more by scanning the QR code (available via the relevant app for smartphones, tablets and/or similar) between 22 September and 8 October inclusive (the "Term") at Las Rozas Village will be eligible to enter the Prize Draw. The above stated value of purchases may be cumulative for all purchases made during the Term by the same person at Las Rozas Village, whether on the same day or on multiple days.

  3. Participation in the Prize Draw is free of charge. Only one entry per person is allowed, i.e. each participant will be eligible to win one of the prizes to be drawn.

  4. At the end of the Term, and specifically on 9 October 2023, the following products will be raffled. A total of ten (10) Levi's® brand jackets, model "The Trucker Jacket. Each winner will be able to choose between different sizes, namely S, M, L and XL and XS-S-M-L-XL, available for men and women respectively. The retail price in the Village of each garment is ninety-one Euros (91.-Euros), in the case of the men's model, and eighty Euros and forty Euro cents (80,40 Euros), for the women's model (original price 130 Euros and 120 Euros, respectively).

  5. The prizes may not be transferred or exchanged for their cash value, nor for alternative prizes, not even of a lower value and/or different size to the one chosen by each winner.

The prizes consist of and are as set out above and do not extend to any other concept that is not expressly specified, including but not limited to the following exclusions:

  • Per diems;
  • Transfers;
  • Fees and taxes, including those derived from the prizes and the tourist tax.
  1. In order to be eligible to enter the prize draws, entrants must comply with all of the following conditions:
  2. Scan purchases made during the Term at any of the participating boutiques (including food outlets) in the Village that have scanners.

All Village boutiques are included in this promotion except Starbucks, therefore purchases made at Starbucks will not count towards this promotion. Non-scanned purchases will not be counted under any circumstances.
2. Be previously registered in Membership and give consent to receive communications from the Organiser. 3. Once the above requirements have been met, participation in the Sweepstakes will be automatic. Thus, it will not be necessary for participants to confirm their participation or validate their tickets at the Information Point.

  1. The Drawings will be conducted as follows:

a. They will be held on the same day as the closing date for participation, i.e. 9 October 2023 and the winners will be contacted on the same day by email.

b. The winners will be chosen randomly through the random.org platform. As many alternates will also be selected as there are winners (one alternate per draw).

c. Each winner must respond to the email received within 15 calendar days of receiving the email, indicating their contact details (name, surname, address, landline and/or mobile phone number, ID number, email address and size).

d. In the event that the winner expressly renounces or does not reply within the indicated period, the winner will automatically lose the prize and the Organiser will be entitled to select a substitute participant as the new winner. The alternate entrant will be contacted following the above procedure and will be given a further period of 15 calendar days to respond as indicated in section c). If no communication is received from the alternate entrant, the prize will be deemed void and no compensation will be payable.

  1. Deadline for collection of prizes: The maximum deadline for physical collection of the prizes at the Las Rozas Village Customer Service Point will be 31 December 2023 at 14:00 hours. Once this date has passed, the corresponding winners - whether they are original winners or substitutes in the cases set out above - will lose their right to the prize and the prize draw will be declared void, without any right to any compensation whatsoever. The winner must prove their identity by showing their ID card, passport and/or driving licence to the staff at the Las Rozas Village Customer Service Point. The winner must sign the letter of receipt of the prize at the same place. Under no circumstances will the prize be sent by email or post.

  2. The following persons are expressly prohibited from participating in this Sweepstakes:

  • Persons under 18 years of age;
  • Partners, executives and employees of the Organiser or of La Roca Villages Rozas Village, or of the other companies in the group of companies that apply The Bicester Collection concept, the agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in the development of the promotion, as well as the children and direct relatives of all of these.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the above paragraph is a winner, the Organiser may disqualify the offending participant and withdraw/invalidate the corresponding prize for not complying with the participation requirements. Any attempt of fraud may be prosecuted by the Organiser and to this end, the Organiser reserves the right to initiate any action it may be entitled to take in order to claim damages and any other rights it may have. In such an event, the winner of the relevant prize draw will be the alternate winner.

In any case, the Organizer is exonerated from liability for the fraudulent participation of third parties and for the malpractice of these, external to the Organizer, in the promotion and development of the Draw. The Organiser shall not be liable for cases of force majeure or for acts that are not directly attributable to the Organiser, which may prevent the winner from enjoying all or part of his prize. The Organiser accepts no liability whatsoever for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer equipment or software failure, or any kind of satellite, network or server failure. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond the Organiser's control make this necessary. The mere participation in the prize draws implies full acceptance of these Rules, implying that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their full content, without reservations or limitations. The Rules will be permanently available for consultation and printing by all participants, in the following languages, on the Organiser's website, specifically at the following links: https://www.thebicestercollection.com/las-rozas-village/en/legal/raffle-levis The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions of this prize draw at any time, undertaking to communicate the new terms and conditions or definitive cancellation, as the case may be. In particular, if for reasons of force majeure, beyond the control of the Organiser, the Las Rozas Village outlet centre has to be closed to the public and therefore the prize draw cannot take place, participants will not be able to make any claim against the Organiser. 11. In compliance with the provisions of current legislation, where applicable, the Organiser will withhold the corresponding Personal Income Tax from the winner of the prize, and will declare the prizes awarded in the corresponding tax forms. The fiscal repercussions that obtaining the prize has or may have on the winners' taxation shall be for their account, and the Organiser shall be exempt from any liability. 12. The winners of the prize draws accept and authorise that the mention of their name, image and the prizes won may be published on the Organiser's website and social networks, as well as in any other commercial, advertising or communication media that the Organiser may use or contract (internal or external), in order to inform and publicise the result of the prize draws. This authorisation is given solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The winners undertake to participate, on reasonable terms, in subsequent publicity initiatives that may be requested by the Organiser. 13. These Rules are governed by Spanish Law. Failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations set out in these Rules by the participant will result in immediate disqualification and expulsion from the prize draws, with forfeiture of the prize, if applicable. 14. The participants and the Organiser accept that any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Rules will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona City. 15. Protection of personal data The Organiser will process the data for the purpose of carrying out and managing the prize draw, as well as for contacting the participant to communicate any event or activity related to the prize draw (e.g. communicating your status as a winner, erroneous participations, extensions or changes in the conditions), the processing being necessary and legitimised by the contractual execution derived from your participation in the prize draw. The data provided will not be communicated to parties other than those suppliers who provide a service to the Organiser, such as, for example, the collection of information from participants, determination and/or announcement of the winner, among others, etc.; and, as a purpose, they will only be communicated for the good of the Sweepstakes. The data will be processed by the Organiser while the Sweepstakes is still open for participation, as well as during the time necessary to determine the winner. Once all the winners have been notified, the data will be kept for the period necessary to comply with the Organiser's legal obligations, including the statute of limitations for any action arising from the Sweepstakes (for example, up to 3 years for any case related to the defence of consumers and users). Each participant has the right of access, rectification, suppression, opposition, limitation or portability, which may be exercised by sending a written communication to Dpto Jurídico, La Roca Village, Santa Agnès de Malanyanes, La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona) or to legal@larocavillage.com, indicating on the envelope or in the title of the e-mail: "Ref: Datos personales - sorteo campaña Denim". Likewise, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that data has been processed in contravention of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or the applicable regulations. All participants guarantee that the personal data provided to the Organiser within the framework of this Prize Draw are true and accurate. Any falsification of the participant's identity or address will result in the automatic elimination of his/her participation and the cancellation of the prize won, if applicable. If you do not consent to the processing of your personal data as indicated in the above paragraphs, please refrain from participating in the Sweepstakes.
