PRIZE DRAW OF THREE SUITCASES FOR MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS, FOR PURCHASES MADE BETWEEN 15 JULY AND 4 AUGUST AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY IN RESPECT OF MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS PARTICIPATING IN THIS LAS ROZAS VILLAGE PRIZE DRAW:

  1. The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., NIF B-60.689.486 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser", "Las Rozas Village" interchangeably), the entity which manages the Las Rozas Village outlet centre. The Organiser can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village , La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona).
  2. The Organiser sets out below the terms and conditions of the prize draw (the "Terms and Conditions" and the "Prize Draw" respectively), which are exclusively aimed at Membership members who make purchases, with no minimum purchase amount, in three (3) or more boutiques and catering outlets in Las Rozas Village during the period from 15 July to 4 August 2024 inclusive (the "Period").
  3. The territorial scope of this Sweepstakes extends to the territory of Spain, i.e. both mainland and island.
  4. To be eligible to participate, Membership members must:
  • Scan their purchases made during the Term at 3 or more boutiques and dining establishments in Las Rozas Village (the "Village"). For clarification, all boutiques and dining establishments in the Village are included in this promotion. Purchases not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances. Purchases will be cumulative during the relevant period of the Sweepstakes as set out in clause 5 below.
  • Previous registration with Membership.
  • On fulfilling the above conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered and that they are therefore entitled to participate in the Prize Draw, which they must confirm, if they so wish, by clicking on the option that will be expressly included in the aforementioned email to that effect. In other words, you will only become a Participant once you have expressly confirmed your participation in the terms indicated above.
  1. Throughout the Term, a draw will be held for a total of 3 suitcases of the Samsonite brand. Specifically, the Proxis model in the colour "Honey Gold" (expandable spinner suitcase, 4 wheels, 55cm (20/23cm)) (the "Suitcase").

Specifically, each Draw will take place on the dates and times indicated below: i. 1 Draw: Starting on 15 July 2024 and participation in the Draw will close on 21 July 2024 at 23:59h. ii. 2 Draw: From 22 July 2024 and participation in the Draw will close on 28 July 2024 at 11:59pm. iii. 3 Draw: From 29 July 2024 and participation in the Prize Draw will close on 4 August 2024 at 23:59 hours. During the Term, a Suitcase will be drawn in each of the above periods to the value of €390.00 each, for those Members of Membership who have made, during the relevant period, purchases of no minimum amount, in three (3) or more boutiques and catering outlets in Las Rozas Village (the "Prize"). There will be one (1) winner per Draw and it is the winner who will receive the Prize for that period. 6. Only one entry per person will be allowed in the Prize Draw.

  1. Each Draw will be conducted as follows:

i. It will take place on the day following the end of each of the periods mentioned in section 5 above. Specifically, the resolution of each Draw will take place on the following days:

  • 22 July 2024
  • 29 July 2024
  • 5 August 2024

ii. The winner will be chosen randomly via the random.org platform. The winner will receive an email notification confirming that he/she is the winner of the Prize Draw, to which he/she must reply with his/her contact details (name, surname, address, landline and/or mobile phone number, ID number, and email address) and will be informed by the Organiser of the place of collection. The deadline for replying to the email and providing your details will be five (5) calendar days from the sending of the notification by the Organiser. If no reply is received or if the winner expressly renounces, the Prize corresponding to the winner will not be awarded. 8. The Prize may not be, in whole or in part, transferable or exchangeable for its cash value, or for alternative prizes, even of lesser value.

  1. The Prize does not extend to any other item not expressly specified, including but not limited to the following exclusions:
  • Per diems;
  • Transfers;
  • Fees and taxes, including those derived from the Prize and the tourist tax.

  1. Collection period: The maximum period for the physical collection of the Prize will be until 31 December 2024. After this date, the winner will lose his/her right to the Prize and it will be considered void, without the winner being entitled to any compensation whatsoever. The winner must prove their identity by showing their ID card, passport and/or driving licence to the staff at the Las Rozas Village Customer Service Point. The winner must sign the letter of receipt of the Prize at the same place.

  2. The following persons are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes and are therefore not eligible to be winners:

  • Persons under 18 years of age;
  • Partners, executives and employees of the Organiser or of Las Rozas Village or La Roca Village, or of the other companies of the group of companies that apply the concept of The Bicester Collection, the agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in the development of the promotion, as well as the children and direct relatives of all of them.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the above paragraph is a winner, the Organiser may disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize for non-compliance with the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organiser and to this end, the Organiser reserves the right to initiate any actions that may correspond to it in order to claim damages and any other rights it may have. In that event, the draw will be held again to select a new winner. In any case, the Organizer is exonerated from liability for the fraudulent participation of third parties and for the malpractice of these, external to the Organizer, in the promotion and development of the Draw. The Organiser shall not be liable for cases of force majeure or for acts that are not directly attributable to the Organiser, which may prevent the winner from enjoying all or part of the prize. The Organiser accepts no liability whatsoever for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer equipment or software failure, or any kind of satellite, network or server failure. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond the Organiser's control make this necessary. Mere participation in the Prize Draw implies full acceptance of these Rules, implying that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their full content, without reservations or limitations. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions of this prize draw at any time, undertaking to communicate the new terms and conditions or definitive cancellation, as the case may be. In particular, if for reasons of force majeure, beyond the control of the Organiser, the Las Rozas Village outlet centre has to be closed to the public and therefore the prize draw cannot take place, the participant will not be able to make any claim against the Organiser. 12. The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organiser does not give any guarantees with respect to the Prize that the winner acquires in the Draw. 13. In compliance with the provisions of current legislation, where applicable, the Organiser will make the withholding and payment on account corresponding to Personal Income Tax to the winner of the Prize, and will declare the Prize awarded in the corresponding tax forms. The fiscal repercussions that the winning of the Prize may have on the taxation of the winner/winner shall be for his/her account, and the Organiser shall be relieved of any responsibility.

  1. The winner of the prize draw accepts and authorises that the mention of his/her name and/or image collecting his/her prize may be published on the Organiser's website and social networks if the Organiser deems it appropriate, as well as in any other commercial, advertising or communication media that the Organiser may use or contract (internal or external), in order to inform and publicise the result of the prize draw. This authorisation is given solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The winner agrees to participate, on reasonable terms, in subsequent publicity initiatives that may be requested by the Organiser.

  2. These Rules are governed by Spanish Law. Failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations set out in these Rules by the participant will result in immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Prize Draw, with forfeiture of the Prize, if applicable.

  3. The participants and the Organiser accept that any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Rules will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona City.

  4. Protection of personal data: The processing of personal data by Las Rozas Village will be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the personal data protection regulations in force at all times in Spain, as well as the corresponding implementing regulations, and, in particular, with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April, General Data Protection Regulation (the "GDPR").

Las Rozas Village will process the data for the purpose of managing the incident, as well as to contact the customer to communicate any event or activity related to the same, being the processing necessary and legitimised by the customer. In this sense, Las Rozas Village informs the client that their data will be kept as long as the incident has not been resolved, as well as for the minimum period of conservation established by current legislation. The customer who is the owner of the personal data may exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability, limitation of processing, the right to oppose processing based on automated decisions and any other applicable rights by sending a written communication to Dpto Jurídico, La Roca Village, Santa Agnès de Malanyanes, La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona) or to legal@larocavillage.com, indicating on the envelope or in the title of the e-mail: "Ref: Datos personales - Parte de incidencia" (Ref: Personal data - Incident report). You are also informed that you may submit any claim or request related to the protection of your personal data to the corresponding data protection authority, which in Spain is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
