RAFFLE OF A ROMANTIC DINNER FOR 2 PEOPLE AT "GINGKO RESTAURANT & SKYBAR OF HOTEL VP PLAZA ESPAÑA DESIGN 5*" FOR MEMBERS OF MEMBERSHIP BY MAKING A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) PURCHASES IN A SINGLE DAY BETWEEN FEBRUARY 4 AND FEBRUARY 16, 2025, AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL APPLY TO MEMBERS OF MEMBERSHIP WHO PARTICIPATE IN THIS RAFFLE AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE:

The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with NIF B-60.689.486 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” or “Las Rozas Village” interchangeably), the entity managing the “outlet” center Las Rozas Village (the “Village”). The Organizer can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona).

The Organizer details below the rules of the raffle (the "Rules" and the "Raffle," respectively), which are exclusively aimed at Members of Membership who make a minimum of five (5) purchases or transactions on the same day at the Village, i.e., at five (5) different stores or boutiques of the Village. The period for participating in the Raffle will be from February 4 to February 16, 2025 (the “Period”).

To participate, Members of Membership must:

Scan their purchases made during the Period at any of the establishments at Las Rozas Village. Unscanned purchases will not be counted under any circumstances. Be previously registered with Membership or register at the time of making the purchase. While registered with Membership, the member must have given consent or consent at that moment to receive communications by email from the Organizer. It is expressly stated that without this authorization, the customer will not be able to participate, even if they are registered with Membership. After meeting the above conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered, and therefore, they are eligible to participate in the Raffle. The customer must confirm participation by clicking the option that will be specifically included in the email within the period, which ends on February 16, 2025. In other words, the customer will only become a participant after explicitly confirming participation in the manner and within the time frame indicated above. At the end of the Period, a single Raffle will be held for a romantic dinner, which will consist of a fixed menu for two people at Gingko Restaurant & Skybar of Hotel VP Plaza España Design 5* (the “Prize”). The value of the Prize is a total of one hundred twenty Euros (€120), i.e., sixty Euros (€60) per person for the menu.

The Raffle will take place on February 24, 2025, and the winner will be directly notified by email on the same day, in accordance with the following section “7.”

Only one entry per person is allowed in the Raffle, and there will be one (1) winner. The winner of the Prize will have a period of six (6) months from the collection of the Prize, in accordance with the following point “10,” to redeem and enjoy the romantic dinner at the restaurant.

The winner will be randomly selected via the random.org platform. The winner will receive a notification via email confirming that they are the winner of the Raffle. The winner must respond with their contact details (name, surname, address, telephone, ID number, and email address) and will be informed by the Organizer of the collection location. The response deadline for the email and providing the contact details will be seven (7) calendar days from the date of notification by the Organizer. If no response is received or if the winner expressly declines, the corresponding Prize will be considered void.

The Prize cannot, in whole or in part, be transferred, exchanged for its monetary value, or substituted for alternative prizes, even of lesser value.

The Prize does not cover any other items not expressly specified, including, but not limited to, the following exclusions:

Transportation; Taxes and fees, including those derived from the Prize and the tourist tax. Collection period: The maximum period for physically collecting the Prize will be until March 31, 2025. After this date, the winner will lose the right to the Prize, and it will be considered void, with no entitlement to compensation. The winner must prove their identity by showing their ID, Passport, or Driver’s License to the Concierge Services staff at the Village. The winner must also sign a receipt for the Prize at that time.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in this Raffle and therefore cannot be winners:

Individuals under 18 years of age; The partners, directors, and employees of the Organizer, Las Rozas Village, La Roca Village, or any other companies in the group applying the concept of The Bicester Collection, the agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in its preparation, as well as their children and direct family members. If, for any reason, a person listed in the previous paragraph wins, the Organizer may disqualify the participant and invalidate their Prize for failing to meet the eligibility requirements. Any attempt of fraud may be pursued by the Organizer, who reserves the right to take the necessary actions to claim damages and any other rights it may have. In that case, the Raffle will be held again to select a new winner.

In any case, the Organizer is not responsible for fraudulent participation by third parties or their improper practices, which are unrelated to the Organizer, in the promotion and development of the Raffle.

The Organizer will not be responsible for force majeure events or acts beyond its control that may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying the Prize. The Organizer also does not accept any responsibility for unsuccessful participations due to technical failures, computer equipment or software malfunctions, or any satellite, network, or server issues.

The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an equivalent or superior alternative if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control.

Participation in the Raffle implies full acceptance of these Rules, indicating that the participant has read, understood, and expressly agrees to the full content without reservations or limitations. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the conditions of this Raffle at any time, committing to communicate any new Rules, conditions, or definitive cancellation, if applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control the Las Rozas Village outlet center must close to the public, and therefore the Raffle cannot take place, the participant will not be able to file any claim against the Organizer.

The participant understands and accepts that the Organizer does not provide any guarantees regarding the Prize the winner receives in the Raffle.

In compliance with applicable legislation, if applicable, the Organizer will withhold and remit the corresponding Personal Income Tax for the winner of the Prize, and will declare the delivered Prize in the corresponding tax forms. Any tax implications the Prize may have for the winner’s fiscal situation will be the responsibility of the winner, and the Organizer will be released from any liability.

The winner of the Raffle accepts and authorizes the Organizer to publish their name and/or image receiving the Prize on the Organizer's website and social media if the Organizer deems appropriate, as well as in any other commercial, advertising, or media platforms the Organizer may use (internal or external) to inform and publicly disclose the result of the Raffle. This authorization is granted solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The winner agrees to reasonably participate in future advertising initiatives requested by the Organizer.

For the purposes of applicable regulations, it is stated that the geographical scope of the Raffle extends to the territory of the Autonomous Community of Madrid. Therefore, these Rules are governed by Law 6/2001 of July 3, regarding Gaming in the Community of Madrid, and, subsidiarily, by the applicable Spanish law. Non-compliance with any of the rules and regulations established in these Rules by the participant will result in immediate disqualification and exclusion from the Raffle, with the loss of the Prize, if applicable.
