COMPLIMENTARY RETURN TRANSFER TO HOTEL FOR PURCHASES EXCEEDING €600 FOR NEW LAS ROZAS VILLAGE MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS REGISTERED VIA WALKAROUND LINK THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO NEW MEMBERS REGISTERED IN MEMBERSHIP THROUGH THE WALKAROUND LINK UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES EXPRESSLY SET OUT BELOW:

  1. The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B-60.689.486 (hereinafter referred to interchangeably as the “Organiser” and “Las Rozas Village”), the entity managing Las Rozas Village (the “Village”). The Organiser may be contacted at its registered office in La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postcode 08430 (Barcelona).
  2. The Organiser hereby sets out the terms governing the granting of the complimentary transfer subject to this Promotion (the “Terms” and the “Promotion”), aimed exclusively at new Membership members who register as such. The Promotion shall run from 7 September to 20 September 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
  3. In order to participate, participants must: (i) not be previously registered in Membership and therefore register as new members during the Promotion Period through the Las Rozas Village Walkaround link; (ii) scan a minimum of €600 in purchases made within the Village during the Promotion Period; and (iii) once the above requirements have been met, they will receive an email confirming that they qualify and are therefore entitled to the Transfer.

Once registration has been completed, account merging shall not be permitted under any circumstances. Each account must remain individual and linked exclusively to the details provided when it was created. 4. The benefit consists of a return taxi transfer from the Village to one of the hotels participating in this promotion (the list of participating hotels is attached as Annex I) (the “Transfer”). This Transfer must be requested at the Village Concierge Services office and will be arranged exclusively by Village staff members. 5. To request the Transfer, the Membership member must present both their personal Membership code and the email referred to in section “3” above to the Village Concierge Services team. The customer must attend in person during the Promotion Period in order to enjoy the Transfer. The Transfer may be requested on any day within the Promotion Period, provided the conditions set out in these Terms are met. Customers entitled to a Transfer who do not request it before 20 September 2026 shall forfeit their entitlement to the Transfer. 6. The Transfer may not be transferred, in whole or in part, nor exchanged for cash, alternative transfers, or any substitute benefit, even if of lower value. 7. The Transfer does not extend to any item not expressly specified herein, including, without limitation, the following exclusions: • Meals and allowances; • Additional transportation services; • Taxes and duties, including those arising from the Transfer and any tourist tax. 8. Only one registration per person shall be permitted during the Promotion Period. A new email address that has not previously been registered with Membership must be used. This Transfer may only be redeemed once per registered member who satisfies the conditions set out in these Terms. 9. The following persons may not participate and shall therefore not be entitled to the Transfer: • Individuals under 18 years of age; • Shareholders, directors and employees of the Organiser, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, or any other companies within the group operating under The Bicester Collection concept, as well as agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators involved in its preparation, and the children and immediate family members of any of the foregoing. Should any person listed above benefit from the Promotion for any reason whatsoever, the Organiser may remove/disqualify such participant and withdraw/invalidate the Transfer for failing to meet the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be pursued by the Organiser, which reserves the right to take any legal action available to seek compensation for damages and exercise any other rights to which it may be entitled. In any event, the Organiser shall not be liable for fraudulent participation by third parties or for any misconduct by such parties in connection with the promotion and implementation of the Promotion. 10. Las Rozas Village shall not be responsible for any incident related to the Transfer occurring outside the Village premises. The transport service provider shall be solely responsible for any incident arising from its services. The Transfer service is provided by an independent third-party transport company unrelated to the Village (the “Transport Company”), which shall bear sole and exclusive responsibility, in particular, for compliance with all regulations applicable to passenger transport and for obtaining and maintaining all permits, licences, authorisations and insurance policies required by law, holding the Organiser fully harmless in this regard. Consequently, the Organiser assumes no responsibility whatsoever regarding insurance, transport licences, administrative authorisations or compliance with transport regulations. Any complaint or claim arising from or relating to the Transfer must be addressed directly and exclusively to the Transport Company, and participants shall have no claim against the Organiser in this respect. 11. The Transfer shall be valid for the beneficiary and a maximum of two (2) additional passengers. Transfers do not include child safety seats and therefore children under the age of 12 or under 1.35 metres in height may not travel. 12. The Transfer must always originate from Las Rozas Village and have as its destination one of the hotels participating in the Promotion, as listed in Annex I. The destination may not under any circumstances be changed during the journey. Should the customer wish to change the destination, they must first complete the Transfer to the originally booked destination arranged by the Village Concierge Services team and then use an alternative means of transport or arrange a new transfer at their own expense. 13. The Organiser shall not be liable for force majeure events or for acts not directly attributable to it that may prevent beneficiaries from fully or partially enjoying their Transfer. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for participation not successfully completed due to technical failures, computer equipment or software failures, or any type of satellite, network or server failure. 14. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the Transfer with one or more alternative benefits of equivalent or greater value where necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control. 15. Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms, confirming that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their entire content without reservation or limitation. These Terms shall remain permanently available for consultation and printing by all participants, in the following languages, on the Organiser’s website at: https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/membership-terms-and-conditions-es/ 16. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the Promotion and its conditions at any time, undertaking to communicate any new terms, conditions or cancellation as applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure events beyond the Organiser’s control Las Rozas Village is required to close to the public and the Promotion cannot therefore be carried out, participants shall have no claim against the Organiser. 17. Participants acknowledge and accept that the Organiser provides no guarantees whatsoever in relation to the Transfer granted. 18. In compliance with applicable legislation, where relevant, the Organiser shall make the required withholding and payment on account of Personal Income Tax (IRPF) in respect of the beneficiaries of each Transfer and shall declare the Transfer in the relevant tax returns. Any tax implications arising from receipt of the Transfer shall be borne exclusively by the beneficiary, and the Organiser shall be released from any related liability. 19. Beneficiaries accept and authorise the publication of their name and/or image while receiving the Transfer on the Organiser’s website and social media channels, should the Organiser deem appropriate, as well as on any other commercial, advertising or communication medium used or contracted (internally or externally) by the Organiser for the purpose of announcing and publicising the outcome of the Promotion. Such authorisation is granted solely for this purpose on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The beneficiary agrees to participate, within reasonable limits, in any subsequent advertising initiatives that may be requested by the Organiser. 20. For applicable legal purposes, the territorial scope of the Promotion extends to the territory of the Community of Madrid. Accordingly, these Terms shall be governed by the applicable regional and Spanish legislation. Failure by a participant to comply with any of the rules and provisions set out in these Terms shall result in immediate disqualification and removal from the Promotion, with forfeiture of the Transfer where applicable. 21. Participants and the Organiser agree that any disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona. 22.   2. The Organiser hereby sets out the terms and conditions governing the gift promotion (the “Terms” and the “Promotion”), aimed exclusively at new Membership members who register as such. The Promotion shall run from 7 September 2026 to 20 September 2026, inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
  3. To participate, participants must:

o (i) not have been previously registered as Membership members and therefore register as new members during the Promotion Period via the link accessible through the QR code included in brochures distributed at various hotels in Madrid; and o (ii) receive a confirmation email confirming that they have successfully registered and are therefore entitled to receive the Gift. Once registration has been completed, the merging of accounts shall not be permitted under any circumstances. Each account must remain individual and linked exclusively to the details used at the time of its creation. 4. The Gift consists of one (1) embroidered cap bearing the Las Rozas Village logo, with a value of €3.55 (the “Gift”). The Gift shall be provided to eligible customers on a first-come, first-served basis at the collection point, while stocks last. 5. In order to collect the Gift, the Membership member must present both their personal Membership code and the confirmation email referred to in clause 3 above to the Village Concierge Services team. The customer must collect the Gift in person during the Promotion Period. The Gift may be collected until 20 September 2026, at the latest, provided that stocks have not been exhausted. Customers entitled to receive the Gift who fail to collect it before 20 September 2026 shall forfeit their right to the Gift. 6. The Gift may not, in whole or in part, be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted for alternative gifts, including gifts of a lower value. 7. The Gift does not include any item not expressly specified herein. By way of example only and without limitation, the following are excluded: o Meals and allowances; o Transport and transfers; o Taxes and duties, including those arising from receipt of the Gift and any applicable tourist tax. 8. Should any person listed above become entitled to the Gift for any reason, the Organiser may remove or disqualify the participant and withdraw or invalidate the Gift due to failure to meet the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be pursued by the Organiser, which reserves the right to take any legal action available to it, including claiming damages and pursuing any other remedies to which it may be entitled. In any event, the Organiser shall not be liable for fraudulent participation or improper conduct by third parties outside the Organiser’s control in relation to the Promotion and its implementation. 10. The Organiser shall not be liable in cases of force majeure or for circumstances not directly attributable to it that may prevent recipients from fully or partially enjoying their Gift. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries that are not successfully completed due to technical failures, computer hardware or software failures, or any form of satellite, network or server failure. 11. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the Gift with one or more alternative gifts of equal or greater value where this becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control. 12. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the Promotion at any time, undertaking to communicate any new terms and conditions or, where applicable, definitive cancellation. In particular, if due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control Las Rozas Village were required to close to the public and, as a result, the Promotion could not be carried out, participants shall not be entitled to make any claim against the Organiser. 14. Participants acknowledge and accept that the Organiser provides no warranties in relation to the Gift awarded or granted. 15. Where applicable under current legislation, the Organiser shall make the corresponding personal income tax withholding and payment on account in respect of each Gift recipient and shall declare the Gift in the relevant tax returns. Any tax consequences arising from receipt of the Gift shall be borne exclusively by the recipient, and the Organiser shall have no liability in this regard. 16. Recipients agree and authorise the publication of their name and/or image while collecting their Gift on the Organiser’s website and social media channels, if the Organiser so decides, as well as on any other commercial, advertising or communication platform used or contracted by the Organiser (whether internal or external), for the purpose of announcing and publicising the outcome of the Promotion. Such authorisation is granted solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. Recipients further agree to participate, on reasonable terms, in any subsequent promotional initiatives that may be requested by the Organiser. 17. For the purposes of applicable legislation, the territorial scope of the Promotion is limited to the Autonomous Community of Madrid.
