GIVEAWAY FOR ONE (1) MULTICOLOR SANDRO RAFFIA BAG FOR LEVEL 2 MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS FOR MAKING A MINIMUM OF FOUR (4) PURCHASES BETWEEN APRIL 11 AND APRIL 21, 2025 IN THE VILLAGE OF LAS ROZAS
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL APPLY TO MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS WHO PARTICIPATE IN THIS LAS ROZAS VILLAGE GIVEAWAY:
  1. The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with NIF (Tax ID Number) B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the "Organizer" or "Las Rozas Village"), the entity that manages the Las Rozas Village outlet center (the "Village"). The Organizer can be contacted at its registered office in La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona).
  2. The Organizer details below the rules and regulations of the sweepstakes (the "Rules" and the "Sweepstakes", respectively), which are exclusively for Level 2 Membership members who make a minimum of four (4) purchases or transactions in the Village, i.e., in four (4) different establishments or boutiques in the Village during the Period. The deadline to participate in the Sweepstakes is from April 11 to 21, 2025 (the "Period").
  3. To be eligible to participate, Membership members must:
  • Scan their purchases made during the Period at any Las Rozas Village establishment. Unscanned purchases will not be counted under any circumstances.
  • Be previously registered with Membership or register at the time of purchase.
  • Being registered with Membership, who have given their consent or currently consent to receive email communications from the Organizer. It is expressly stated that without such authorization, the customer will not be able to participate in the promotion, even if they are registered with Membership.
  • Upon meeting the above conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been successfully registered and that they are therefore entitled to participate in the Giveaway. They must confirm this, if they so deem it, by clicking on the option expressly included in said email for this purpose within the deadline ending April 21, 2025. In other words, they will only become a participant once they have expressly confirmed their participation, in a timely manner, under the terms indicated above.

  1. After the deadline, a single Giveaway will be held for one (1) multicolored Sandro raffia bag (the "Prize"). The Prize value amounts to a total of €198.

  2. The Raffle will take place on April 23, 2025, and the winner will be notified directly by email on that same day, in accordance with point "7" below.

  3. Only one entry per person will be allowed in the Raffle, and there will be one (1) winner.

  4. The winner will be randomly selected through the random.org platform. The winner will receive an email notification confirming that they are the winner of the Raffle. They must reply with their contact information (name, surname, address, landline and/or mobile phone number, ID number, and email address) and be notified by the Organizer of the pick-up location. The deadline for responding to the email and providing their information will be seven (7) calendar days from the date the Organizer sends the notification. If no response is received, or if the winner expressly waives the right to win, the Prize corresponding to the winner will be forfeited.

  5. The Prize may not be transferred, in whole or in part, or exchanged for cash, nor for alternative prizes, even of lesser value.

  6. The Prize is not applicable to any other item not expressly specified, including, but not limited to, the following exclusions:

  • Subsistence allowances;
  • Travel;
  • Fees and taxes, including those derived from the Prize and the tourist tax.
  1. Collection deadline: The deadline for physical collection of the Prize is June 30, 2025. After this date, the winner will lose their right to the Prize, and it will be declared void, without the winner being entitled to any compensation. The winner must prove their identity by showing their ID, passport, and/or driver's license to the Village Concierge Services staff. The winner must sign the Prize acceptance letter at the same location. 11. The following persons are not eligible to participate in this Giveaway and, therefore, are not eligible to win:
  • Those under 18 years of age;
  • Partners, directors, and employees of the Organizer, Las Rozas Village, La Roca Village, or other companies in the group of companies that operate The Bicester Collection, the agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who participated in its development, as well as the children and immediate family members of all of these.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the previous paragraph is selected as a winner, the Organizer may remove/disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize for not meeting the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organizer, and to this end, it reserves the right to initiate any appropriate actions to claim damages and any other rights it may have. In this event, the Giveaway will be held again to select a new winner. In any case, the Organizer is exempt from liability for fraudulent participation by third parties and for any malpractice by third parties, unrelated to the Organizer, in the promotion and development of the Sweepstakes.

  1. The Organizer shall not be liable for cases of force majeure or for acts not directly attributable to it that may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying their Prize.

The Organizer accepts no liability for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer or software failure, or any type of satellite, network, or server failure. 13. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control. 14. Mere participation in the Giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Rules, implying that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their entire content, without reservation or limitation.   1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions of this Giveaway at any time, and undertakes to communicate the new Terms and Conditions, or final cancellation, if applicable. In particular, if, due to force majeure beyond the Organizer's control, the Las Rozas Village outlet center has to be closed to the public and therefore the Giveaway cannot be held, the participant may not make any claim to the Organizer.
  2. The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organizer makes no guarantees regarding the Prize that the winner will acquire in the Giveaway.
  3. In compliance with current legislation, where applicable, the Organizer will withhold and pay the corresponding Personal Income Tax to the Prize winner and will declare the Prize awarded on the corresponding tax forms. Any tax implications of winning the Prize on the winner's tax status will be borne by the winner, and the Organizer will therefore be released from any liability.
  4. The winner of the Giveaway accepts and authorizes that their name and/or image may be published while collecting their Prize on the Organizer's website and social media if the Organizer so deems appropriate, as well as on any other commercial, advertising, or communication medium that the Organizer may use or contract (internal or external) to inform and publicize the results of the Giveaway. This authorization is granted solely for this purpose and is non-exclusive and non-transferable. The winner agrees to participate, under reasonable terms, in subsequent advertising initiatives that the Organizer may request.
  5. For the purposes of applicable regulations, it is hereby stated that the territorial scope of the Giveaway extends to the territory of the Autonomous Community of Madrid. Thus, these Rules are governed by Law 6/2001, of July 3, on Gambling in the Community of Madrid, and, subsidiarily, by applicable Spanish Law. Failure by the participant to comply with any of the rules and regulations established in these Rules will result in immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Raffle, with forfeiture of the Prize, if applicable.
