CONGRATULATIONS ON MAINTAINING LEVEL 2!

We would like to reward you for maintaining level 2 with 1 free entrance to the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum in Madrid.*

Remember, to maintain level 2, you’ll need to have scanned all purchases* made between 1 March 2024 and 28 February 2025 at participating boutiques with a scanner at Las Rozas Village (the Village) and have total purchases of at least €1,000.* Purchases that are not scanned or are scanned incorrectly will not count towards this promotion under any circumstances.

For maintaining level 2, you will receive an email*** (the ‘Email’) on 1 March 2025. To receive your entrance, present the email together with your ID or passport and personal membership code at Concierge Services at the Village.

**The entrance is for one (1) free admission to the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum per membership code. The reward (the ‘Reward’) is valid for 1 month from the date of receipt of the Email or while stocks last, whichever comes first. You can collect your Reward up to 31 March 2025.

***If you have fulfilled the conditions for maintaining level 2 and you have not received the Email, please contact Concierge Services at the Village as soon as possible.

The Reward consists of the entrance mentioned above and does not include any other items not expressly stipulated. The Reward is not transferable or redeemable for cash or for alternative rewards of equal or lesser value. We are not responsible for the services provided by the museum or for any member being unable to access the museum for unforeseeable reasons and/or reasons beyond our control or will, whether due to force majeure or other causes. To maintain your level, please remember that you need total purchases of €1,000 or more in the period from 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2026. Don’t forget to ask staff at participating Village boutiques to scan your code correctly!
