WELCOME TO LEVEL 2!
To welcome you to Level 2, we would like to treat to a beauty gift set from the Rituals boutique in the Village. To reach Level 2, you will have had to scan all the purchases* you have made between 1 March 2025 and 28 February 2026 in any participating boutique in Las Rozas Village (the “Village”) that has a scanner and have made purchases totalling at least € 1,000. This means you are entitled to receive one (1) free Rituals beauty gift set**. On having made it to Membership Level 2, you will have received an e-mail*** (the “E-Mail”), which you should present at Rituals in the Village, together with your ID documents or passport and your personal membership code to redeem your beauty gift set.
*Unscanned or incorrectly scanned purchases will not count under any circumstances.
**The gift comprises two (2) different beauty sets depending on the time of year. In the months of June, July, August and September 2025, you will receive the “Karma Sun Mini Set” featuring: (i) 1 Karma face cream SPF 30 10ml and, (ii) 1 Karma anti-Perspirant Spray 50 ml or 1 Karma After Sun Face Serum 10 ml. In the months of October, November, December 2025, January, February and March 2026, you will receive the “Royal Tea Mini Set” featuring: (i) 1 hand soap 110 ml and, (ii) 1 hand cream 85ml (the “Reward”). The Reward is subject to available stocks in Rituals from time to time. The Reward is valid for 3 months from the date of receipt of the E-Mail while stocks last. You can redeem your Reward up to 28/02/2026 at the latest.
***If you do not receive the E-Mail, please contact Concierge Services in the Village as soon as possible.
You will receive this Reward provided that you have reached Membership Level 2. The Reward consists of the item described above and does not extend to any other article that is not expressly specified. We reserve the right to modify the range of products included in the Reward. The Reward is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for its cash value or for alternative rewards, even of a lower value.
We do not offer warranties on the products featured in the Reward, and we are not responsible for the attention and/or, as the case may be, the services provided by the boutique. Furthermore, we will not be liable in the event of impossibility of delivering the Reward due to cause of force majeure and/or outside our control. The general terms and conditions of the Membership Programme will also apply to this Reward.
