EXTRA -20% OFF (ON THE VILLAGE PRICE) FOR MEMBERSHIP LEVEL 2, LEVEL 3 AND PRIVATE CLIENT MEMBERS

The following terms and conditions relating to the “Private Sale” promotion shall apply to purchases made by Membership members, provided that the conditions established by the participating boutiques at Las Rozas Village are met: 1. On the occasion of the “Private Sale” campaign (the “Promotion”), Las Rozas Village (the “Village” or the “Centre”) offers Membership Level 2, Level 3 and Private Client members an additional 20% discount on the Village selling price (the “Discount”), subject to compliance with the remaining conditions set out in these terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”). 2. In order to benefit from the Discount, visitors to the Village must: – Be previously registered with Membership or register at the time of purchase. – Present their personal Membership code at the time of purchase at the participating boutiques in the Village. If the code is not presented at that moment, the Discount will not be applicable. 3. The Promotion is valid only at Village boutiques participating in the Promotion (the “Boutiques” or, individually, a “Boutique”). Some Boutiques may also require additional conditions or apply certain restrictions and/or exclusions, which must in all cases be complied with in order to benefit from the Discount. At the end of these T&Cs, the participating Boutiques* are listed, together with any additional or special conditions, restrictions and/or exclusions applied by them**, where applicable. Restaurants, cafés and other food & beverage establishments within the Village are excluded from the Promotion. 4. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in these T&Cs, the Discount shall apply to both in‑store purchases made directly by customers at the Boutiques and to purchases made through any digital, remote and/or distance-selling channels, including Virtual Personal Shopping and Las Rozas Village from Home, provided that the Boutiques participate in such services. 5. The Discount is valid only for the duration of the Promotion, namely on 29 April 2026, for Membership Level 2, Level 3 and Private Client members. 6. The Discount may not be combined with any other offers and shall not apply during any other promotional campaign taking place at the Village and/or at the relevant Boutique. 7. Unless explicitly stated otherwise below** for any specific Boutique, the Discount shall be applied to the Village selling price of the products, prior to the application of any taxes, duties, levies or similar charges. 8. Products from 2026 collections are excluded from the Promotion and the Discount shall therefore not apply to them. 9. The customer acknowledges and accepts that: 9.1 Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., the entity managing the Village, its partners, subsidiaries and other related entities, as well as the owner of the Village (jointly referred to as “VR”), shall not be liable under any circumstances for the prices advertised and/or ultimately applied by the Boutiques in relation to their products; 9.2 VR solely manages the Centre, whereas the Boutiques are the entities that sell products and carry out transactions directly with customers. Accordingly, the sale of products and the application of the Discount do not create any contractual relationship between VR and the customer; 9.3 For the same reason, VR does not provide any guarantees in relation to the products sold by the Boutiques (including, without limitation, guarantees relating to product quality); 9.4 Consequently, the customer acknowledges that they shall have no right to, and hereby waive any claim against VR in the event that a Boutique does not ultimately apply the Discount, whether in whole or in part. Any claim must be made directly to the relevant Boutique. 10.
