Prize draw of two (2) official signed adidas Spain national team shirts from the team qualified for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, for Membership members who make a minimum of one (1) purchase at the adidas pop-up boutique at Las Rozas Village during the period from 11 June 2026 to 21 July 2026.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO ALL MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS PARTICIPATING IN THIS PRIZE DRAW AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE: The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with tax identification number B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the “Organiser” or “Las Rozas Village”), the entity that manages Las Rozas Village (the “Village”). The Organiser can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, postcode 08430 (Barcelona). The Organiser sets out below the rules governing the prize draw (the “Rules” and the “Draw”), addressed exclusively to Membership members who, during the period from 11 June 2026 to 21 July 2026, inclusive (the “Period”), make a minimum of one (1) purchase or transaction at the adidas pop-up boutique in the Village. Participation requirements To participate, Membership members must:

Scan at least one (1) purchase made during the Period at the adidas pop-up boutique in the Village. Purchases that are not scanned will under no circumstances be counted. Be previously registered with Membership or register at the time of making the purchase.

Once the above conditions have been met, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchase has been successfully registered and that they are therefore eligible to participate in the Draw. They must then confirm participation, if they wish to do so, by clicking on the option expressly provided for this purpose in the email. In other words, a customer will only become a participant once they have expressly confirmed their participation as described above. The draw will take place once the Period has ended, specifically on 22 July 2026. Prize The prize consists of two (2) official signed adidas Spain national team shirts from the team qualified for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, valued at five hundred euros (€500) each (the “Prize”). Only one entry per person is permitted, and there will be a total of two (2) winners, i.e. one (1) shirt per winner. Winners will be selected at random via the platform random.org. Winners will be notified by email and must reply with their contact details (full name, address, landline and/or mobile number, ID number and email address). The Organiser will inform them of the collection point. The deadline to respond and provide the required details is seven (7) calendar days from the date the notification is sent by the Organiser. If no response is received or if the winner expressly declines, the corresponding prize will be declared void. Prize conditions The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged (in whole or in part) for cash or for alternative prizes, even of lower value. The prize does not include any items not expressly specified, including but not limited to:

Allowances Transport Taxes and duties, including those arising from the prize

Collection period The deadline for physical collection of the prize is 31 August 2026. After this date, the winner will lose their right to the prize, which will be declared void, without any entitlement to compensation. The winner must prove their identity by presenting their ID card, passport or driving licence to the Concierge Services staff at Las Rozas Village and must sign the prize receipt at the time of collection. Eligibility exclusions The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

Persons under 18 years of age Partners, directors and employees of the Organiser, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, or other companies within The Bicester Collection group Agencies, suppliers and collaborators involved in the promotion Immediate family members of all the above

If a person listed above is selected as a winner, the Organiser may disqualify them and invalidate the prize. Any fraudulent attempt may be prosecuted, and the Organiser reserves the right to take legal action to claim damages. In such a case, a new winner will be selected. Liability The Organiser:

Shall not be held liable for fraudulent participation by third parties Shall not be responsible for force majeure events preventing the enjoyment of the prize Accepts no liability for unsuccessful entries due to technical failures of equipment, software, satellite, network or server

The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. Acceptance of the Rules Participation in the Draw implies full acceptance of these Rules. The participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted them in full, without reservation. The Rules will be permanently available for consultation and printing on the Organiser’s website at: https://www.thebicestercollection.com/las-rozas-village/es/legal/sorteo-adidas The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the Draw at any time, undertaking to communicate any new Rules, conditions or cancellation, as applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure the Village must be closed to the public and the Draw cannot take place, participants shall not be entitled to make any claim against the Organiser. The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organiser provides no guarantees in relation to the prize obtained. Taxation Where applicable, the Organiser will make the corresponding withholding payment on account of Personal Income Tax and declare the prize in the relevant tax forms. Any tax implications arising for the winner shall be borne by the winner. Publicity The winners accept and authorise that their name and/or image collecting the prize may be published on the Organiser’s website and social media, as well as in any other commercial, advertising or media channels (internal or external) used by the Organiser to announce the results of the Draw. This authorisation is granted solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. Winners agree to participate, on reasonable terms, in any subsequent promotional activities requested by the Organiser. Governing law and jurisdiction For regulatory purposes, the territorial scope of the Draw is the Autonomous Community of Madrid. These Rules are governed by Law 6/2001 of 3 July on Gaming in the Community of Madrid, and, subsidiarily, by applicable Spanish law. Any breach of these Rules will result in immediate disqualification and, where applicable, forfeiture of the prize. Participants and the Organiser agree that any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Rules shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
