Prize draw for one (1) TUMI 19 Degree expandable cabin suitcase, one Columbia bottle and one sunscreen, with a total value of €750.00, for Membership members who make a minimum of five (5) purchases in different boutiques at Las Rozas Village on the same day, on any day within the period from 15/06/2026 to 28/06/2026.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO ALL MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS PARTICIPATING IN THIS LAS ROZAS VILLAGE PRIZE DRAW:

The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with tax ID number B-60,689,486 (hereinafter the “Organiser” or “Las Rozas Village”), the entity managing Las Rozas Village (the “Village”). The Organiser can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, postcode 08430 (Barcelona).

The Organiser sets out below the terms and conditions of the prize draw (the “Terms” and the “Prize Draw”, respectively), aimed exclusively at Membership members who, on the same day, on any day within the period from 15/06/2026 to 28/06/2026 inclusive (the “Period”), make a minimum of five (5) purchases or transactions in the Village, i.e. in five (5) different stores or boutiques within the Village.

To participate, Membership members must:

Scan their purchases made during the Period at any of the Village’s boutiques and food and beverage outlets equipped with scanners, i.e. all except “Starbucks”, which is excluded from this promotion. Unscanned purchases will not be counted under any circumstances. Be registered with Membership beforehand or register at the time of making such purchases. Upon meeting the above conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered and that they are therefore entitled to participate in the Prize Draw. They must then confirm their participation, if they wish to do so, by clicking the option expressly included in said email for this purpose. In other words, they will only become a participant once they have expressly confirmed their participation as indicated above.

The Prize Draw will take place once the Period has ended, specifically on 30/06/2026.

The prize will consist of one (1) TUMI 19 DEGREE expandable cabin suitcase in thyme colour worth six hundred and ninety euros (€690.00), one Columbia bottle (620 ml vacuum-insulated stainless steel) worth thirty euros (€30.00), and one Clinique sunscreen (from The Cosmetics Company Store boutique) worth thirty euros (€30.00), amounting to a total of seven hundred and fifty euros (€750.00) (the “Prize”). Only one entry per person will be permitted, and there will be one (1) single Prize winner.

The winner will be selected at random using the random.org platform. The winner will be notified by email confirming that they have won the Prize Draw and must reply with their contact details (full name, address, landline and/or mobile number, ID number, and email address). The Organiser will then inform them of the collection point. The winner will have seven (7) calendar days from the date the notification is sent to respond and provide their details. If no response is received, or in the event of an express refusal, the Prize will be declared void.

The Prize is non-transferable in whole or in part and cannot be exchanged for cash or for alternative prizes, even of lesser value.

The Prize does not include any items not expressly specified and excludes, by way of example but not limitation:

Meals and allowances; Travel expenses; Taxes and duties, including those arising from the Prize and tourist tax.

Collection period: The Prize must be collected no later than 30/09/2026. After this date, the winner will lose their right to the Prize, which will be declared void, and no compensation will be due. The winner must prove their identity by presenting their ID card, passport or driving licence to the Concierge Services staff at Las Rozas Village and must sign a receipt confirming collection of the Prize.

The following persons may not participate and therefore cannot be winners:

Persons under 18 years of age; Shareholders, directors and employees of the Organiser, La Roca Village and Las Rozas Village, or other companies within The Bicester Collection group, as well as agencies, suppliers or collaborators involved in the promotion, and their immediate family members.

If, for any reason, a person listed above is selected as the winner, the Organiser may disqualify them and withdraw or invalidate the Prize. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted, and the Organiser reserves the right to take any legal action necessary to claim damages. In such cases, a new draw will be held. In any event, the Organiser accepts no liability for fraudulent participation by third parties or for misconduct beyond its control.

The Organiser shall not be liable for force majeure events or for circumstances beyond its direct control that may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying the Prize.

The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries that are not successfully completed due to technical faults, computer or software failures, or any kind of satellite, network or server failure.

The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

Participation in the Prize Draw implies full acceptance of these Terms, confirming that the participant has read, understood and expressly accepted their full content without reservation. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the conditions of this Prize Draw at any time and undertakes to communicate any new Terms, conditions or final cancellation. In particular, if due to force majeure the Village must be closed to the public and the Prize Draw cannot take place, participants shall not be entitled to make any claim against the Organiser.

The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organiser provides no guarantees in relation to the Prize obtained through the Prize Draw.

In compliance with applicable law, where required, the Organiser will apply the corresponding withholding tax on account of Personal Income Tax (IRPF) for the winner and will declare the Prize in the relevant tax forms. Any tax implications arising from the Prize will be borne by the winner, releasing the Organiser from any liability.

The winner agrees and authorises the Organiser to publish their name and/or image when collecting the Prize on its website, social media, or any other commercial, advertising or media channels used by the Organiser, for the purpose of announcing the results of the Prize Draw. This authorisation is granted solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The winner also agrees to participate, within reason, in any subsequent promotional activities requested by the Organiser.

For regulatory purposes, the territorial scope of the Prize Draw is the Autonomous Community of Madrid. These Terms are governed by Law 6/2001 of 3 July on Gambling in the Community of Madrid and, subsidiarily, by applicable Spanish law. Breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate disqualification and loss of the Prize, where applicable.

Participants and the Organiser agree that any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona and their superior courts.
