LAS ROZAS VILLAGE “HANDS FREE SHOPPING”
Dear guest, the “Hands Free Shopping” Service (“HFS” or the “Service”, indistinctly) is a shopping service that enables you to shop at boutiques present at Las Rozas Village (“Village”) and collect all your purchases at the end of your visit to the Village. The Service is subject to these terms and conditions, so please ensure that you have read and understood them.
Redemption Process:
- You can book the Service before your visit to the Village by calling +34 900 104 428 or +34 606 68 59 94, or via the following “Plan My Visit” link: Plan My Visit. Please note that even if you book the Service by phone or through the “Plan My Visit” portal, upon arrival at the Village you must go to the Concierge Services area (or speak to any member of our staff available throughout the Village) to complete the contract formalization process.
Alternatively, you can book the Service directly on the day of your visit by going to the Concierge Services area or speaking directly to any member of our team available throughout the Village. If you prefer, you can also book the Service by scanning the QR code available in some of the Village boutiques. By scanning the code, you will initiate the HFS booking process via WhatsApp. This will start a conversation with our Concierge Services team, who will request the necessary information to complete the booking. You will only need to go to Concierge Services (or the private space in the Village we’ve agreed upon) to collect your purchases at the end of your visit. Please note that by choosing to initiate the booking process via WhatsApp, you accept the use of this platform for our team to contact you until the HFS contract is finalized and, at most, until you have collected your purchases that same day. During the booking process, our team will send you via WhatsApp the information regarding our privacy policy and these terms and conditions, which you must expressly accept. If you do not accept them, the Service booking cannot be completed.

This Service allows you to collect all your bags in one place at the end of your visit, thus offering you a more comfortable experience. Currently the Service is offered free of charge, but this condition can be modified. In that case, you will be informed prior to the Service commencement.

To contract the Service, it will be necessary for you to provide us with certain personal data, which will be processed in accordance with what is stated below.
Service usage: 4. Once you have contracted the HFS, you will receive your personal QR code by email. If you cannot receive the code by email for any reason, we will provide you with a printed version. This QR code will be generated exclusively for you and you will be able to use it immediately upon reception and only on that same day.
- Each time you make a purchase at any of the boutiques offering HFS, you must present your QR code to the boutique staff. They will place your purchase in a security shopping bag. Please ensure that all your purchases have been placed in a security shopping bag by the boutique staff. The Concierge Services staff will be automatically informed that your purchase is ready and will collect it from the boutique as soon as possible.
Please note that, for the purposes of the Service, the Village boutiques will only accept items purchased in their establishment on the same day of use of the Service and will not accept purchases made from other boutiques, even if they are within the same Village. Personal items or items purchased outside the Village will not be accepted, even if they are from the same brand. In none of the above cases Value Retail will assume any responsibility for the loss, damage or misplacement of such items.

You must contact +34 900 101 551 or +34 606 68 59 94 at least thirty (30) minutes before you wish to leave the Village to enable the Concierge Services team to prepare your purchases for being collected. In case it has been expressly agreed in advance, you will be able to collect your purchases in any of the private spaces of the Village.

Remember that, in order to contract and enjoy the Service and subsequently collect your purchases, you must present an identification document (ID card or passport), a personal phone number, and your personalized QR code to our staff, who will make them available to you so that you can verify that all bags remain sealed and in good condition.
General: 8. Please note that collect times are not guaranteed as they do not depend solely on us, and therefore we cannot be held responsible if, despite our best efforts, the collection process is delayed. If you do not collect your purchases before the Village closes to the public, we will treat your purchases as lost property and, as such, we will hand them over to the Village Security team, applying the Lost Property policy.

You acknowledge and agree that some of the Village boutiques may not participate in HFS. You can contact the Concierge Services team to get a list of the boutiques participating in the Service. Additionally, the following products are excluded from the Service: food and beverages.

Each boutique is responsible for your purchases while they remain in their boutique, this is, until they are collected by our staff. Once collected, and in accordance with Value Retail’s insurance coverage, Value Retail’s liability for loss or damage of purchases made under the Service is limited to a maximum value of twenty-five thousand Euros (€25,000) per bag. Regarding jewellery, watches, and/or leather goods, it is expressly stated that while these products are in transit within the Village and under our staff’s care, Value Retail’s liability will not exceed and is therefore limited to a maximum value of ten thousand Euros (€10,000) per item.

In any case, Value Retail will only be responsible for the loss or damage to your purchases when such loss or damage is directly attributable to our actions and/or omissions due to gross negligence. Any loss or damage must be reported as soon as possible and in person at the Village's Concierge Services area. Therefore, we will not accept any liability for losses or damages caused that have not been reported by you before you leave the Village.
Personal Data Processing: 12. By booking the Service, you guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided. Your personal data (identification, contact, and transaction data – boutique, date, time, and value, without product details –) will be processed by Value Retail, for the purpose of registering you for HFS and managing the Service during your visit to the Village. Additionally, we may send you non-commercial communications to the contact details provided by you to confirm the reservation and communicate any topic related to the HFS. Additionally, if you tick the box to receive information and invitation to our “Membership” program, we may use your contact details to send you the corresponding information, including by electronic means.
- These Ts&Cs are governed by Spanish law, and any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation or application of these Ts&Cs shall be submitted to the Courts that, where applicable, are determined by the legal regulations on competent jurisdiction.
