Gift delivery for new Membership members

The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to new Membership members of Las Rozas Village under the circumstances expressly set out below: The organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., tax ID B‑60.689.486 (hereinafter, the “Organiser” or “Las Rozas Village”), the entity managing Las Rozas Village (the “Village”). The Organiser may be contacted at its registered address at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, 08430 (Barcelona). The Organiser sets out below the rules governing the gift delivery programme (the “Terms” and the “Promotion”), aimed exclusively at new members who register for the Village’s Membership programme between 6 April and 19 April 2026. In addition, participants must make at least one (1) purchase in the Village —that is, in any of its boutiques or establishments— of a minimum value of ten euros (€10) between 6 April and 17 May 2026 inclusive (the “Period”). Purchases may be made in any boutique or establishment within the Village. To participate, individuals must not already be registered in Membership and must therefore register as new members during the Period. Once registration has been completed, merging accounts will not be allowed under any circumstances. Each account must remain individual and exclusively linked to the data provided at the time of creation. The gift consists of a “Royal Tea” beauty set from the Rituals boutique, with a value of six euros and eighty cents (€6.80) (the “Gift”). To collect the Gift, the Membership member must present both their personal Membership code and the confirmation email received after the purchase to the staff at the Rituals boutique in the Village, where the member must personally collect the Gift. The Gift may be collected until 17 May 2026, provided stock remains available. Members eligible for the Gift who do not collect it before this date will lose their right to it. The Gift may not be transferred, exchanged—wholly or partially—for cash or for any alternative gifts, not even of lesser value. The Gift does not include any items not expressly specified. By way of example and without limitation, the following are excluded:

Meals or allowances Transfers Taxes and fees, including those arising from the Gift and any tourist tax

Only one registration per person will be permitted during the Period. A new email address, not previously used in Membership, must be provided. The following individuals may not participate and therefore will not be entitled to the Gift:

Minors under 18 Directors, partners and employees of the Organiser, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, or any other companies within The Bicester Collection group; agencies involved in the promotion; suppliers; direct or indirect collaborators involved in its preparation; as well as their children and immediate family members

If, for any reason, a person listed above receives a Gift, the Organiser may disqualify the participant and withdraw/void the Gift for failure to meet the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be pursued by the Organiser, who reserves the right to initiate any appropriate action to claim damages. The Organiser accepts no liability for fraudulent participation by third parties or their improper actions in connection with the Promotion. The Organiser shall not be liable for cases of force majeure or for circumstances beyond its control that may prevent participants from enjoying the Gift, in whole or in part. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical failures, computer or software issues, or any type of satellite, network or server malfunction. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the Gift with one or more alternative gifts of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control require it. Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms, and participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and expressly accepted them in their entirety. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time and undertakes to communicate any new Terms, conditions or its definitive cancellation. In particular, if for reasons of force majeure beyond the Organiser’s control the Village were required to close to the public and the Promotion could not be carried out, participants may not make any claim against the Organiser. Participants acknowledge that the Organiser offers no guarantee regarding the Gift provided. Where applicable and in compliance with current legislation, the Organiser will make any necessary tax withholdings on the Personal Income Tax of the Gift recipients and will declare the Gift in the relevant tax forms. Any tax implications arising for the recipient from obtaining the Gift shall be their sole responsibility, and the Organiser will be exempt from liability. Recipients accept and authorise that their name and/or image collecting the Gift may be published on the Organiser’s website and social media, as well as any other commercial or advertising media (internal or external) used by the Organiser for the purpose of communicating the outcome of the Promotion. This authorisation is granted solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. Recipients agree to participate, within reasonable limits, in any subsequent promotional activity requested by the Organiser. For regulatory purposes, the territorial scope of the Promotion extends to the Community of Madrid. These Terms are governed by the applicable regional and Spanish legislation. Failure to comply with these Terms by a participant will result in immediate disqualification and loss of the Gift. Participants and the Organiser agree that any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
