WEEKLY DRAW FOR THREE (3) MONTHS OF MEMBERSHIP AT ONE OF THE DAVID LLOYD CLUBS IN MADRID, FOR LEVEL 3 MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS WHO MAKE AT LEAST FOUR (4) PURCHASES IN A SINGLE DAY, BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 15 AND SEPTEMBER 28, 2025, AT DIFFERENT STORES IN LAS ROZAS VILLAGE

The following Terms and Conditions shall apply to Membership members participating in this Las Rozas Village draw:

Organizer: The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax ID number B-60.689.486 (hereinafter, the “Organizer,” “Las Rozas Village” interchangeably), the entity managing the outlet center “Las Rozas Village” (the “Village”). The Organizer can be contacted at its registered office located in La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postal Code 08430 (Barcelona).

The Organizer sets out below the rules governing the draw (the “Rules” and the “Draw” or “Draws,” respectively), exclusively aimed at Level 3 Membership members who make at least four (4) transactions or purchases in a single day at the Village, i.e., in four (4) different Village stores or boutiques on the same day, within the period between September 15 and September 28, 2025, both dates inclusive (the “Period”). Purchases may be made at any of the Village stores or boutiques.

To participate, Membership members must:

Already be registered in Membership or register at the time of purchase.

Scan their purchases made during the Period at any of the Village stores. Purchases not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances.

Be registered in Membership and have given consent (or give consent at that moment) to receive email communications from the Organizer. It is expressly stated that without such authorization, the customer will not be able to participate in the promotion, even if registered in Membership.

Once the above conditions are met, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered and that they are therefore entitled to participate in the Draw, which they must confirm, if they so wish, by clicking on the option expressly included in said email for this purpose. In other words, one only becomes a participant once explicit confirmation of participation has been provided in the terms described above.

During the Period, weekly Draws will be held for the Prizes indicated below. Participants who meet all the conditions within the specified timeframes will be entered into the Draw for that corresponding period. Specifically, the Draws will take place on the following dates, once the relevant periods have ended:

Winners will be contacted directly on the business day following each Draw date.

Prizes: The prizes for each Draw are as follows (the “Prize” or “Prizes”):

Only one entry per person will be permitted in each Draw, and there will be one (1) winner per Draw. The same person may participate in more than one Draw – even if they have already won in a previous one – provided they meet the participation requirements for each Draw.

Winners will be selected randomly via the random.org platform. The winner will receive an email notification confirming they have won a Draw. The winner must reply to this email providing their contact details (full name, address, landline and/or mobile number, ID/passport number, email address, and, if applicable, size preference should the nature of the Prize so require). The Organizer will inform the winner of the collection point, which, unless otherwise stated, will be the “Concierge Services” area of the Village. The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the Organizer’s email notification. If no response is received, or if the Prize is expressly declined, the Prize will be forfeited.

The Prizes may not, in whole or in part, be transferred, exchanged for their cash value, or substituted with alternative prizes, even of lower value.

The Prizes do not cover any additional expenses not expressly stated, including but not limited to:

Meals or allowances;

Transport;

Taxes or fees, including those arising from the Prizes or tourist taxes.

Prize Collection: Once the winner has replied in accordance with section 4, the Organizer will forward the winner’s personal data directly to “David Lloyd Clubs” to proceed with registration. In this regard, the winner expressly authorizes the Organizer to share their personal data with “David Lloyd Clubs” solely for the purpose of managing registration and use of the Prize at the selected club, without prejudice to accepting the privacy policy and other terms and conditions of “David Lloyd Clubs.”

To redeem the Prize, the winner must present their Membership QR code and a valid ID (DNI, passport, or driver’s license with photo) on the day of their visit to the chosen Club. The Club staff will scan the corresponding Membership QR code.

The Prize cannot be redeemed at other David Lloyd Clubs in Spain apart from those mentioned in section 2. It is valid for single use per member, subject to availability, and expires three (3) months after receipt of the confirmation email referenced in section 4. In any case, the latest redemption date is December 31, 2026. After this date, the winner will lose all rights to the Prize without any compensation. Once the Organizer has sent the membership QR code to the winner, the latter must return a signed and scanned acceptance letter.

The following persons are not eligible to participate and cannot be winners:

Individuals under 18 years of age;

Shareholders, directors, and employees of the Organizer, Las Rozas Village, La Roca Village, or other companies within The Bicester Collection group, as well as agencies, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators involved in the promotion, and their children or direct relatives.

If a prohibited person is selected as a winner, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant and invalidate the Prize. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organizer, which reserves the right to pursue any relevant legal action. In such case, the Draw will be repeated to select a new winner.

The Organizer is not liable for fraudulent participation by third parties or for any malpractice unrelated to the Organizer during the promotion or Draws.

The Organizer will not be liable for force majeure events or acts beyond its control that may prevent the winner from enjoying the Prize, in whole or in part. The Organizer also accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries due to technical failures, computer or software errors, or network/server outages.

The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prizes, or any of them, with one or more alternative prizes of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control.

Participation in the Draws implies full acceptance of these Rules, which participants declare to have read and understood in their entirety without reservation. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Draws at any time, committing to communicate new Rules, conditions, or the definitive cancellation if applicable. In particular, if the Village is closed to the public for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, the Draws cannot be held, and participants shall not have any claims against the Organizer.

Participants acknowledge and accept that the Organizer provides no warranties regarding the Prizes obtained in the Draws.

In compliance with applicable law, the Organizer will carry out any necessary withholdings and payments on account of the Personal Income Tax relating to each Prize, and will declare the awarded Prizes in the corresponding tax filings. Any additional tax consequences of accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winners accept and authorize the Organizer to publish their names and/or images collecting the Prizes on the Organizer’s website and social media channels, as well as on any other commercial or advertising media the Organizer may use. This authorization is granted solely for this purpose, non-exclusively and non-transferably. Winners also agree to reasonably participate in any subsequent promotional initiatives requested by the Organizer.

The territorial scope of the Draws is limited to the Community of Madrid. These Rules are governed by Law 6/2001 of July 3 on Gaming in the Community of Madrid, and, subsidiarily, by the applicable Spanish law. Breach of any of these Rules by a participant will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize, if applicable.
