GET YOUR PERSONAL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT THE VILLAGE!

We would like to celebrate you reaching membership level 3 by treating you to a personal shopping experience at Las Rozas Village (the ‘Village’).

Only the person who has reached level 3 and received the email (the ‘Email’)** informing them of their free gift is eligible for the free experience.

The personal shopping service (the ‘Service’) will last for a maximum of two hours and must be booked at least one week in advance. In any case, the Service is subject to availability. The Service must be used in person at the Village by the member who has received the Email.

It can only be used once by the member who reached level 3 from the time of receipt of the Email until 31 March 2026.

To request the Service, the member must go in person to Concierge Services at the Village or contact conciergeservices@lasrozasvillage.com and indicate the day and time they would like to receive the Service. To make the reservation, the member must present their personal membership code together with the Email and ID card or passport.

On the day of your visit, the person receiving the Experience also must scan their personal membership QR code.

• The service is offered for consulting and advising purposes only. It does not include the price of purchasing the garments and/or accessories presented during the service, which the member using the service must purchase themselves. The Reward consists of that mentioned above and does not include any other items not expressly stipulated. The Reward is not transferable or redeemable for cash or for alternative rewards of equal or lesser value. We are not liable for the services provided by the consultant nor for the failure to complete the session due to lack of availability of the consultant, whether or not this is due to force majeure, or for any delays or cancellations that may occur.
