How to enjoy this gift? It’s very easy!

  1. Visit Las Rozas Village within three months from the date of receiving this communication (the “Communication”).

  2. Go to “The Apartment” and present the Communication you received, along with your ID or passport and your Private Client personal code, to enjoy your gift.

  3. The staff will provide two (2) individual vouchers for brunch at BLESS Hotel (the “Reward”) or will help you with the reservation of the service.

  4. Keep scanning your purchases with your Private Client profile so we can continue surprising you with gifts like this one.


T&Cs
The right to receive the Reward is personal and non-transferable and, therefore, only you may benefit from it together with one companion. You, as the recipient of the Communication, must collect the necessary documents at “The Apartment” at Las Rozas Village in order to enjoy the Reward. The period to enjoy the Reward is three (3) months from the receipt of the Communication or until stocks last, whichever occurs first. Once this period has elapsed, the right to receive the Reward will be lost, and you shall not be entitled to any compensation. Please note that the brunch at BLESS Hotel must necessarily be enjoyed during its opening days and hours. The Reward includes two (2) brunch menus – one (1) per person – at the Pinzelada Lounge restaurant at BLESS Hotel Madrid. To do so, you must present the invitation or voucher, which the staff at “The Apartment” will have provided for this purpose, at the restaurant before placing your order. Likewise, please bear in mind that the Pinzelada restaurant at BLESS Hotel Madrid has its own schedule and opening days, as well as availability and capacity limitations. The Reward is exactly as described above and does not extend to any other item or concept not expressly specified (including meals, transfers, fees and/or taxes, among others). Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U. (“Value Retail”) reserves the right to modify the ranges and/or products included in the Reward. The Reward is not transferable nor redeemable for its cash value, nor for other alternatives, even of lower value. Value Retail cannot offer guarantees regarding the products included in the Reward, nor will it be responsible for the service and/or, where applicable, the attention provided by third parties. It will also not be responsible for any inability to deliver the Reward due to force majeure and/or causes beyond the control or will of Value Retail. The general terms and conditions of the Membership and Private Clients Programme (available here) shall also apply to this Reward.
