DRAW FOR TWO (2) DOUBLE FLIGHTS WORTH €2,400 EACH DOUBLE FLIGHT, FOR MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS WHO MAKE PURCHASES WORTH A MINIMUM OF FIVE HUNDRED EUROS (€500), BETWEEN OCTOBER 1, 2025 AND NOVEMBER 2, 2025, AT DIFFERENT STORES IN LAS ROZAS VILLAGE

The following terms and conditions shall apply to Membership members participating in this Las Rozas Village draw:

The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax ID B-60.689.486 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” or “Las Rozas Village” interchangeably), the entity managing the outlet-type center “Las Rozas Village” (the “Village”). The Organizer can be contacted at its registered address in La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona).

The Organizer sets out below the rules governing the draw (the “Rules” and the “Draw”, respectively), exclusively for Membership members who make purchases of at least five hundred Euros (€500) at one or more stores or boutiques in the Village, within the period from October 1, 2025 to November 2, 2025, both inclusive (the “Period”). Purchases may be made at any of the Village’s stores or boutiques. To participate, Membership members must:

Be previously registered in Membership or register at the time of purchase. Scan their purchases made during the Period at any of the Village’s stores. Unscanned purchases will not be counted under any circumstances. Be registered in Membership and have given or give consent at that time to receive email communications from the Organizer. It is expressly stated that without such authorization, the customer will not be able to participate in the promotion, even if registered in Membership. Upon meeting the above conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered and that they are therefore eligible to participate in the Draw, which they must confirm, if they wish, by clicking the option expressly included in said email. In other words, they will only become a participant once they have expressly confirmed their participation under the terms indicated above.

The Draw will take place once the Period has ended; specifically, on November 3, 2025. The winners will be notified directly on the next business day following the Draw date.

The prize of the Draw will be as follows (the “Prize” or “Prizes”)

Only one entry per person will be allowed in the Draw, and there will be a total of two (2) winners, meaning each winner will receive one (1) double flight. The Prize is subject to Aeroméxico’s own terms and conditions, available at the end of these Rules*.

The winner will be randomly selected via the platform random.org. The winner will receive a notification via email confirming they have won the Draw, to which they must respond with their contact details (full name, address, landline and/or mobile phone number, ID, email address and, if applicable, size preference, if the nature of the Prize requires it). The Organizer will inform the winner of the collection point, which, unless otherwise stated, will be the “Concierge Services” area of the Village. The deadline to respond to the email and provide the required information will be seven (7) calendar days from the date the Organizer sends the notification. If no response is received or the winner expressly declines, the Prize will be forfeited.

The Prize may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted for an alternative prize, even of lesser value.

The Prize does not include any other items not expressly specified, including but not limited to:

Meals; Transfers; Taxes and fees, including those derived from the Prize and the tourist tax.

Collection period: The maximum deadline for physical collection of the Prize will be December 31, 2025. After this date, the winner will lose their right to the Prize, which will be forfeited without any right to compensation. The Prize must be collected in person at the aforementioned Village location by the respective winners. The winner must present valid identification to the Concierge Services staff, such as ID, Passport, and/or Driver’s License (provided the document includes a photo of the holder). The winner must sign a Prize receipt letter at the same location.

Once the Prize is collected, the winner expressly declares their acceptance of the Prize and waives any claim or liability against the Organizer in relation to said Prize. For any queries, issues, or additional requirements related to the Prize, the winner must contact Aeroméxico directly, releasing the Organizer from any responsibility in this regard.

8. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Draw and therefore cannot be declared winners:

Individuals under 18 years of age; Partners, executives, and employees of the Organizer, Las Rozas Village, La Roca Village, or other companies within the group operating under The Bicester Collection concept, as well as agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who participated in its development, and their children and direct relatives.

If, for any reason, a person listed above is declared a winner, the Organizer may disqualify the participant and revoke/void the corresponding Prize for not meeting the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organizer, who reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to claim damages and any other rights it may have. In such a case, the Draw will be repeated to select a new winner. In any case, the Organizer is exempt from liability for fraudulent participation by third parties or any misconduct by individuals not affiliated with the Organizer in the promotion and execution of the Draw. 9. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for cases of force majeure or acts beyond its direct control that may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying the Prize. The Organizer accepts no liability for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer or software malfunction, or any satellite, network, or server issues. 10. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize – or any part of it – with one or more alternative prizes of equivalent or even greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control. 11. Participation in the Draw implies full acceptance of these Rules, meaning that participants have read, understood, and expressly accepted their entire content without reservations or limitations. 12. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Draw conditions at any time, committing to communicate the new Rules, conditions, or definitive cancellation, if applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure or reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, the Village must be closed to the public and the Draw(s) cannot be held, participants shall not be entitled to make any claims against the Organizer.
13. Participants acknowledge and accept that the Organizer does not provide any guarantees regarding the Prize awarded to the winner of the respective Draw.
14. In compliance with applicable legislation, where relevant, the Organizer will withhold and pay the corresponding Personal Income Tax on behalf of the winner of each Prize and will declare the Prize awarded in the corresponding tax forms. Any tax implications resulting from the Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner, and the Organizer shall be exempt from any liability in this regard.
15. The winner of the Draw accepts and authorizes the mention of their name and/or image collecting the Prize to be published on the Organizer’s website and social media channels, as well as in any other commercial, advertising, or media outlet (internal or external) the Organizer may use or contract, for the purpose of informing and publicizing the outcome of the Draw. This authorization is granted solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. Winners agree to reasonably participate in any subsequent promotional initiatives requested by the Organizer.
16. For the purposes of applicable regulations, it is stated that the territorial scope of the Draws extends to the Autonomous Community of Madrid. Therefore, these Rules are governed by Law 6/2001 of July 3, on Gaming in the Community of Madrid, and, subsidiarily, by the applicable Spanish law. Failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations set forth in these Rules by a participant will result in their immediate disqualification and expulsion from the corresponding Draw, with forfeiture of the Prize, if applicable.

AEROMÉXICO’S OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please read the following conditions carefully:

The Prize consists of one (1) round-trip double ticket from Madrid to Guadalajara (Mexico) in Economy Class. Valid only for the direct flight operated by Aeroméxico on that route. The winner is responsible for paying all applicable taxes (excluding fuel). The winner must be over 18 years old and either European or British. Ticket subject to availability in class “G”. If available, a booking code will be sent via email. Blackout periods apply according to Aeroméxico’s table. Please consult with the local Aeroméxico executive when requesting the prize. The ticket must be used by the winner; it is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The ticket must be claimed from Aeroméxico before November 14, 2026. The travel must be completed by December 15, 2026. Minimum stay required is 3 days. Maximum stay is 1 month. Once the ticket is issued, no changes to the reservation are allowed. If unable to travel, Aeroméxico may refund the paid travel taxes via a credit voucher (EMD) valid for one (1) year from the date of issue, provided the request is made within 30 days of the original travel date. Availability will be confirmed via email as soon as possible after the booking request is received. Booking details will be sent shortly thereafter. However, please note that the electronic ticket confirmation will be sent at least 30 days before the return flight date. The winner is responsible for checking in via aeromexico.com 24 hours before flight departure.
