Terms and Conditions of the “Scratch and Win” for Visitors to “The Apartment” Who Are MEMBERSHIP and Private Client Members

Organizer: Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., NIF B-60.689.486 (hereinafter, the “Organizer” or “Las Rozas Village”), manages the La Rozas Village center (“the Village”). The Organizer can be contacted at its registered office in La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona). Campaign Details: The Organizer will run a campaign during Christmas 2025, consisting of giving out “Scratch and Win” cards (“Cards”) to certain visitors of the private space “The Apartment” in the Village, allowing them to win gifts and/or experiences or benefits, provided by the Organizer, participating boutiques, and/or other external partners (“Collaborators”). Duration: The campaign (“Action”) will take place from December 1, 2025, to January 6, 2026 (or earlier if Cards run out), both dates inclusive (“Period”). Eligibility and Participation: • Visitors to “The Apartment” during the Period may obtain a Card (“Clients”) under the following terms: • Clients are entitled to receive one Card for every €1,000 (including taxes) spent in a single day at any Village establishment (“Purchases”). Each Client may accumulate up to three (3) Cards per day. • Clients must be registered in “Membership” or register at the time of purchase and have reached the “Private Client” category. The Organizer reserves the right to change the name of the membership or category without affecting the validity of these terms. • Clients must scan their client code (“Code”) when making Purchases to register them and prove their status. • The terms and conditions of the “Membership” program also apply to this Action. • To receive Cards, Clients must show to “The Apartment” staff: (i) their Code; (ii) their ID, passport, or similar photo ID; and (iii) copies of the relevant purchase receipts. • Each Card is personal and non-transferable, as is the right to receive it. All Purchases must be made by the same Client, who must personally meet all applicable terms and conditions. • Clients must scratch their Cards immediately, in “The Apartment” and in the presence of Organizer staff. Otherwise, for a winning Card, the Client must present the original Card and the documentation mentioned above. Prizes: Among all Cards, Clients may win one or more of the fifty (50) prizes (“Prizes”) contained in some Cards. Some Cards also offer a “play again” option, granting an additional Card regardless of purchase volume. Prizes available at “The Apartment” can be collected there until the deadline. For experiences provided by Collaborators, “The Apartment” staff will give a gift voucher to redeem the Prize directly with the Collaborator. After the redemption period, Clients lose the right to the Prize and cannot claim anything from the Collaborator or Organizer. Additional Terms: • Prizes may be subject to their own terms and conditions, defined by Collaborators. The Organizer cannot guarantee Prizes. Prizes may be subject to availability and/or prior reservation, which is the Client’s responsibility. • Prizes are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes, even of lesser value. • Prizes do not cover any concepts not expressly specified, including but not limited to: meals (unless the Prize is a restaurant experience), transfers, taxes, including those arising from the Prize and tourist tax. Exclusions: The following persons cannot participate or win: • Minors under 18 years old • Partners, directors, and employees of the Organizer, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, other group companies applying The Bicester Collection concept, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators, and their children and direct relatives. If a person listed above wins, the Organizer may disqualify and withdraw/invalidate the Prize. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted, and the Organizer reserves the right to claim damages. The Organizer is not responsible for fraudulent participation by third parties or their malpractice in the promotion and development of the Action. The Organizer is not liable for force majeure or acts not directly attributable to it that may prevent the winner from enjoying the Prize. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for unsuccessful participation due to technical failure or decisions by Collaborators. The Organizer (and Collaborators, if applicable) reserves the right to substitute Prizes for alternatives of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. The Organizer reserves the right to block, suspend, or refuse Prize delivery and even suspend or terminate the “Membership” and/or “Private Client” account in case of suspected fraud or breach of applicable terms. The Organizer and/or Collaborators may withdraw the right to the Prize from Clients who refuse to follow Collaborator instructions, behave inappropriately, or endanger their own or others’ physical, emotional, or mental integrity (including antisocial, unethical, or disruptive behavior as judged by the Collaborator). Participation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions, meaning the participant has read, understood, and expressly accepts their entire content without reservation or limitation. These terms and conditions will be permanently available for consultation and printing on the Organizer’s website. Modification and Cancellation: The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Action at any time, committing to communicate new terms or definitive cancellation. In particular, if Las Rozas Village must be closed to the public due to force majeure, the Action cannot be carried out, and Clients cannot claim anything from the Organizer. Tax and Data Protection: If applicable, the Organizer and/or Collaborators must withhold and pay the corresponding Personal Income Tax for Prize winners, who must declare it in the relevant tax forms. Tax implications are the winner’s responsibility, and the Organizer and Collaborators are released from any liability. Winners authorize the mention of their name and/or image collecting Prizes to be published on the Organizer’s website and social networks, as well as any other commercial, advertising, or media support used or contracted by the Organizer, to inform and publicize the Action’s results. This authorization is granted solely for this purpose, non-exclusively and non-transferably. Each winner agrees to participate, within reason, in subsequent advertising initiatives requested by the Organizer. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law: The territorial scope of the Action is the Community of Madrid. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Community of Madrid and/or applicable Spanish laws. Breach of any rules by a Client will result in immediate disqualification and loss of the Prize. Clients and the Organizer agree that any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona. Personal Data Protection: If you wish, you may need to share your personal data with us to redeem the Prize.
