Ribadesella: Cantabrian Sea, Picos de Europa and Río Sella. Three in one!

What’s your favourite summer memory from when you were a child?

Going out on the bikes to the beach walk as a gang. We’d throw them on the ground and start playing cards, run to bathe and spend hours jumping in the waves.

What does craftsmanship mean to you?

It’s something I value a lot. My mother is a ceramist and I know what it means to create with love and dedication. Each piece of craftsmanship is unique and unrepeatable, because it’s made by hand and with great care and delicacy.

You’re organising a summer party. What are your three must-haves?

Always choose linen. It’s elegant, fresh and light! It’s suitable for all types of parties, from the most elegant to the most relaxed. And as for accessories, some good esparto espadrilles and tanned skin.

What’s your must-play festival song?

They’re the type of party I like the most! Although I wouldn't play the music played there at home, to give it my all under the coloured lights I would choose "Since you left me, the little window of love has closed for me..."
