DRAW FOR TWO (2) TICKETS TO “F1 MADRING 2026” WITH A TOTAL VALUE OF €2,000 FOR PRIVATE CLIENT MEMBERS WHO MAKE A MINIMUM OF 1 PURCHASE IN ANY BOUTIQUE AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE DURING THE PERIOD BETWEEN 24-08-2026 AND 02-09-2026

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO ALL MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS PARTICIPATING IN THIS DRAW AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE:

  1. The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B-60.689.486 (hereinafter, the “Organizer” or “Las Rozas Village”, interchangeably), the entity that manages Las Rozas Village (the “Village”). The Organizer may be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postcode 08430 (Barcelona).

  2. The Organizer sets out below the rules governing the draw (the “Rules” and the “Draw”, respectively), aimed exclusively at Membership members who, during the period between 24-08-2026 and 02-09-2026, both dates inclusive (the “Period”), make a minimum of one (1) purchase or transaction in the Village, that is, at least in one (1) establishment or boutique within the Village.

  3. In order to participate, Membership members must:

  • Scan their purchases made during the Period at any Village boutique equipped with a scanner. Food & Beverage (F&B) outlets are expressly excluded from this promotion, namely the Village restaurants and kiosks (Cristina Oria, Joselito, Mentidero, Mistura and Starbucks), whose purchases shall not be counted for any purpose of the Draw. Purchases that are not scanned shall not be counted under any circumstances.
  • Be previously registered with Membership or register at the time of making such purchases.
  • Upon meeting the above conditions, the customer shall receive an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered and that they are therefore entitled to participate in the Draw, which they must confirm, should they so wish, by clicking the option expressly included for that purpose in said email. In other words, a customer shall only become a participant once they have expressly confirmed their participation in the manner indicated above.

  1. The Draw shall take place once the Period has ended; specifically, on 03-09-2026.

  2. The prize shall consist of two (2) individual tickets to F1 MADRING 2026 with a combined total value of two thousand Euros (€2,000) (the “Prize”). Only one participation per person shall be permitted in the Draw and there shall be one (1) single winner of the Prize.

  3. The winner shall be selected at random through the platform random.org. The winner shall receive a notification by email confirming that they are the winner of the Draw, to which they must respond with their contact details (first name, surname(s), address, landline and/or mobile telephone number, National Identity Document (DNI), and email address), and the Organizer shall inform them of the collection location. The deadline to respond to the email and provide their details shall be seven (2) calendar days from the sending of the notification by the Organizer. Should no response be received or should the winner expressly decline the Prize, the Prize corresponding to the winner who has not responded or has declined shall be declared void.

  4. The Prize may not, in whole or in part, be transferred or exchanged for its cash value, nor for alternative prizes, even those of a lower value.

  5. The Prize does not extend to any concept not expressly specified and, by way of example and without limitation, the following are excluded:

  • Meals and allowances;
  • Transfers;
  • Taxes and duties, including those arising from the Prize and tourist tax.

  1. Collection period: The maximum period for physical collection of the Prize shall be until 04-09-2026. After that date, the winner shall lose their right to the Prize and it shall be declared void, without the winner being entitled to any compensation whatsoever. The winner must prove their identity by presenting their DNI, Passport and/or Driving Licence to the Concierge Services staff of Las Rozas Village. The winner must sign the Prize receipt letter at the same location.

  2. The following persons may not participate in this Draw and therefore may not be winners:

  • Persons under 18 years of age;
  • Shareholders, directors and employees of the Organizer, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, or any other companies within the group applying The Bicester Collection concept, as well as agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in its development, and the children and immediate family members of all of the above.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the preceding paragraph is selected as winner, the Organizer may remove/disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize for failure to meet the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be pursued by the Organizer and, for such purpose, it reserves the right to bring any actions available to it in order to claim compensation for damages and losses and any other rights to which it may be entitled. In such event, the Draw shall be conducted again in order to select a new winner.

In any event, the Organizer shall be exempt from liability for fraudulent participation by third parties and for any improper practices carried out by such third parties, unrelated to the Organizer, in the promotion and conduct of the Draw.

  1. The Organizer shall not be liable for cases of force majeure or for acts not directly attributable to it which may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying the Prize.

The Organizer accepts no responsibility whatsoever for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer equipment or software failure, or any satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control.

  2. Mere participation in the Draw implies full acceptance of these Rules, meaning that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their entire content without reservation or limitation.   1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel the conditions of this Draw at any time, undertaking to communicate the new Rules, conditions or definitive cancellation, where applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure, beyond the Organizer’s control, the Village had to be closed to the public and therefore the Draw could not be carried out, participants shall not be entitled to bring any claim against the Organizer.

  2. The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organizer provides no warranties whatsoever with respect to the Prize acquired by the winner in the Draw.

  3. In compliance with applicable legislation, where relevant, the Organizer shall make the withholding and payment on account corresponding to Personal Income Tax in respect of the Prize awarded to the winner and shall declare the Prize awarded in the corresponding tax returns. Any tax consequences arising from receipt of the Prize shall be borne by the winner, and therefore the Organizer shall be released from any liability in this regard.

  4. The winner of the Draw accepts and authorises the publication of their name and/or image while collecting the Prize on the Organizer’s website and social media channels, should the Organizer so decide, as well as on any other commercial, advertising or media platform used or contracted (internally or externally) by the Organizer in order to inform and publicise the outcome of the Draw. Such authorisation is granted solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The winner undertakes to participate, on reasonable terms, in any subsequent advertising initiatives that may be requested by the Organizer.

  5. For the purposes of the applicable regulations, it is stated that the territorial scope of the Draw extends to the territory of the Autonomous Community of Madrid. Accordingly, these Rules shall be governed by Law 6/2001 of 3 July on Gaming in the Community of Madrid and, subsidiarily, by applicable Spanish Law. Failure by a participant to comply with any of the rules and regulations established in these Rules shall result in their immediate disqualification and removal from the Draw, with forfeiture of the Prize where applicable.

  6. The participants and the Organizer agree that any disputes arising in the interpretation or execution of these Rules shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona and their higher courts.
