RAFFLE FOR MOTHER’S DAY – 30 GENERIC DOUBLE CINEMA TICKETS VALID FOR ANY FILM AT KINÉPOLIS CINEMAS

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all Membership members participating in this Las Rozas Village raffle:

  1. Organiser

The organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., tax ID B‑60.689.486 (hereinafter, the “Organiser” or “Las Rozas Village”), the entity that manages Las Rozas Village (the “Village”). The Organiser may be contacted at its registered address at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, 08430 (Barcelona).

  1. Purpose and eligibility

The Organiser sets out below the rules governing the raffle (the “Terms” and the “Raffle”), aimed exclusively at Membership members who make at least four (4) purchases or transactions on the same day, in four (4) different boutiques or establishments in the Village, on any date between 20 April 2026 and 3 May 2026, both included (the “Period”).

  1. Participation requirements

To take part, Membership members must:

Already be registered in Membership, or register at the time of making their purchases. Scan all purchases made during the Period in any establishment equipped with a scanner. Starbucks is excluded from the promotion. Purchases not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances. Having registered for Membership, have given (or give at that moment) their consent to receive emails from the Organiser. Without such consent, participation is not possible, even if the customer is registered in Membership. Once meeting the above conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered and that they are therefore eligible to enter the Raffle, which they must confirm by clicking the option included in that email. Only after such explicit confirmation will the customer be deemed a participant.

  1. Raffle date

The Raffle will take place once the Period has ended, specifically on 4 May 2026.

  1. Prize

The prize consists of one (1) double ticket for the film “The Devil Wears Prada 2”, with a total value of €23.00 (the “Prize”). Only one entry per person is permitted. There will be 30 winners, each receiving one (1) double ticket. Tickets may be used from 30 April 2026 until 30 June 2026, both inclusive, at any of the following Kinépolis Spain cinemas:

Madrid (2): Ciudad de la Imagen (Pozuelo de Alarcón), Diversia (Alcobendas) Valencia (2): Paterna, Alzira Alicante (1): Plaza Mar 2 Granada (2): Pulianas, Nevada (Armilla) Málaga (1): La Cañada (Marbella) Almería (1): Almería Mediterráneo Barcelona (2): Splau, Mataró

  1. Winner notification

Winners will be selected randomly through the platform random.org. The winner will receive an email notifying them of their status and must reply with their contact details (full name, address, landline/mobile number, ID number and email address). The Organiser will then inform the winner of the collection point, which—unless stated otherwise—will be Concierge Services at the Village. Winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days. Failure to respond or explicit refusal will result in the Prize being declared void.

  1. Non-transferability

The Prize may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted with alternative prizes, even of lesser value.

  1. Exclusions

The Prize does not include any items not expressly stated. Exclusions include, without limitation:

Meals or allowances Transfers Taxes and fees, including those related to the Prize and any tourist tax

  1. Prize collection

The Prize must be collected no later than 30 June 2026. After this date, the winner will forfeit the Prize with no right to compensation. Collection must be done in person, presenting valid ID (DNI, passport or driving licence) at Concierge Services and signing a Prize receipt.

  1. Ineligible participants

The following individuals may not participate or win:

Minors under 18 Partners, directors and employees of the Organiser, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, companies of The Bicester Collection group, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators, as well as their children and immediate family

If an ineligible person wins, the Organiser may disqualify them and void the Prize. Any attempt at fraud may be pursued legally. The Organiser is not responsible for fraudulent participation by third parties or improper practices outside its control.

  1. Force majeure

The Organiser is not responsible for circumstances of force majeure or any causes beyond its control that prevent the winner from enjoying the Prize. The Organiser accepts no liability for unsuccessful entries due to technical failures, computer issues, or network/server problems.

  1. Prize substitution

The Organiser reserves the right to replace the Prize with one of equal or greater value if required due to circumstances beyond its control.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

  1. Modifications

The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the Raffle at any time and will communicate any updates accordingly. If the Village must close to the public due to force majeure, participants may not make any claims regarding the cancellation of the Raffle.
