LAS ROZAS VILLAGE – LUGGAGE DROP
Dear Guest, we are glad to assist you with luggage drop services (“Luggage Drop”), to enable you to leave your luggage in a secure area while enjoying shopping at Las Rozas Village. Allow us to point out some organisational rules for this service:
- Drop of your luggage at the Guest Concierge area (service subject to availability) and collect your luggage tag (registration required). Each piece of Luggage to be stored will be assigned and labelled with a tag number, and you will be given an identification slip with the tag number or numbers for your luggage.
- At the time of collection, you must present the identification slip corresponding to the luggage, the booking confirmation email and a photo ID confirming your identity as the customer who deposited the luggage. If you are collecting the luggage on behalf of the owner who deposited it, you must present a signed authorisation from the owner and a photo ID.
- Collect your luggage at the Guest Concierge with your luggage tag at least 30 minutes before closing time of the Village. Uncollected luggage is treated as lost property and passed on to the Las Rozas Village security team for storage in accordance with the Lost Property Policy.
- Inspect the luggage immediately and notify Las Rozas Village Guest Concierge of any issues. Las Rozas Village is not responsible for any problems notified to Las Rozas Village after your departure. Las Rozas Village’s liability for any loss or damage to your luggage is limited to a maximum value of 25.000.-€ per bag and/or 25.000.-€ per item. Las Rozas Village is not liable in case of theft or damage to your luggage, except in case of demonstrated fault. Using the Luggage Drop, you confirm that neither the luggage nor its content is dangerous, harmful, perishable or fragile, and all items are suitable for storage at temperatures between 0ºC and 45ºC.
Data Protection 5. The Luggage Drop Service is subject to the Las Rozas Village privacy policy, available through Village Privacy Notice | Legal | Las Rozas Village and by using the Luggage Dop, you confirm your consent with this policy.
LAS ROZAS VILLAGE VIP PASS / eVIP Pass
The VIP Pass or eVIP Pass is a benefit that entitles the holder to receive a ten percent (10%) discount on products at participating boutiques in Las Rozas Village (the “Village”). Not all boutiques in the Village participate in this promotion, so on the day of your visit, please contact the Concierge Services team of the Village for more information about participating boutiques, including applicable restrictions and exceptions.
- Guests eligible to receive the ten percent (10%) discount at participating boutiques in the Village (subject to availability and any “restriction periods” that may apply in the Village) are those who:
1.1. Present a VIP Pass or eVIP Pass invitation and/or their Private Client Card and/or a Partner Membership Card (as a corporate partner of Value Retail, whose details are listed at https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/partners/) at the Village Concierge Services, or 1.2. Click on the eVIP link for Las Rozas Village and provide their country and postal code and/or county. 2. The VIP Pass or eVIP Pass must be presented at the time of purchase and is only valid on the date of issue for twenty-four (24) hours after the first purchase with a participating brand and neither can be used for previously made purchases. 3. The VIP Pass or eVIP Pass is not valid whilst any promotional campaign is in place and in conjunction with any other offer. Therefore, it will not be available during “further reduction” or “### LA ROCA VILLAGE SERVICES PROVIDED BY CONCIERGE SERVICES” periods, when an alternative gift or reduction may be offered. The VIP Pass or eVIP Pass is limited to one pass per person, is non-transferable and only valid for use by the person to whom it is issued. 5. The VIP Pass or eVIP Pass has no cash value and is not for sale or re-sale. 6. The discounts offered are in relation to the participating brands’ prices before the application of any taxes, duties, levies or administration or similar fees. 7. Purchases made from any participating brand using the VIP Pass or eVIP Pass are subject to the terms and conditions of sale applied by each brand, which may include a requirement for a minimum spend before the VIP Pass/eVIP Pass can be used. Las Rozas Village is not responsible for the prices advertised by boutiques, nor for the prices at which their products are sold at any given time, and does not offer any guarantees regarding the products (such as their quality) or that boutiques will accept the VIP Pass or eVIP Pass. 8. If a boutique does not accept the VIP Pass or eVIP Pass in whole or in part, the customer will not be entitled to, and waives any claim against Las Rozas Village, and the customer’s sole remedy in such situation is to claim directly from the boutique. 9. Las Rozas Village reserves the right to withdraw the VIP Pass and/or eVIP Pass, and/or modify the benefits associated with them, at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
Data Processing 10. The Service is subject to the Las Rozas Village privacy policy, available through Village Privacy Notice | Legal | Las Rozas Village and by accepting this VIP Pass/eVIP Pass you consent to this policy.
