CAMPAIGN / PROMOTION “FASHION STARS” AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE: 70% ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT ON THE VILLAGE PRICE ON SELECTED PRODUCTS
The following Terms and Conditions relating to the “Fashion Stars” campaign shall apply to purchases of certain selected products made in participating boutiques at Las Rozas Village:
- Promotion overview
As part of the “Fashion Stars” campaign (the “Promotion”), Las Rozas Village (the “Village” or the “Centre”) offers visitors a 70% discount on the Village sale price (the “Discount”), under the terms and conditions detailed below (the “T&Cs”).
- Participating boutiques
The Promotion is valid only in those boutiques at the Village participating in it (the “Boutiques” or individually, the “Boutique”). Some Boutiques may offer benefits different from the Discount. At the end of these T&Cs, you will find a breakdown of participating Boutiques*, distinguishing those applying the Discount from those offering other commercial advantages**. Restaurants, cafés and all food & beverage establishments in the Village are excluded from the Promotion.
- Promotion details
The Promotion consists of Boutiques applying the Discount (or, where expressly indicated, another commercial advantage) to purchases of specific products freely selected by the Boutiques (the “Products” or the “Product”), until stocks of each Product are exhausted. Boutiques may select specific sizes of each Product for the Promotion, and therefore cannot guarantee the availability of all sizes of discounted Products. Customers may purchase a maximum of one unit per Product in each Boutique (i.e. one unit per reference/model/colour; except where expressly stated otherwise*), even if different sizes are available. Products belonging to 2026 collections are excluded from the Promotion and therefore not eligible for the Discount.
- Promotion validity
The Promotion is valid only on 18 April 2026, for purchases completed on that day only.
- Applicable purchases
The Promotion is valid exclusively for purchases made physically in the Boutiques at the Village. The Discount does not apply to purchases made via digital, remote or telematic channels, including Virtual Personal Shopping or Las Rozas Village from Home, even if the customer purchased eligible Products.
- Non‑accumulation
The Discount cannot be combined with any other offer and is not valid during any other promotional campaign taking place at the Village and/or in the relevant Boutique.
- Basis of discount
Unless expressly stated otherwise**, the Discount will be applied to the Village sale price, before any taxes, duties, fees or similar charges.
- Customer acknowledgement
The customer acknowledges and accepts that: 8.1 Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U. —the entity managing the Village— its partners, subsidiaries, related companies, and the owner of the Village (collectively “VR”), are not responsible for the prices or discounts advertised or applied by the Boutiques at any time. 8.2 VR only manages the Centre. Boutiques themselves conduct sales and transactions directly with customers. Therefore, the sale, application of the Discount, or any promotional advantage does not create any contractual relationship between VR and the customer. 8.3 Similarly, the selection of the Products has been made directly by the Boutiques, and VR provides no warranties regarding such Products (including, for instance, their quality), which are sold directly by the Boutiques. 8.4 The customer shall have no right to make any claim against VR if a Boutique does not apply the Discount, whether partially or fully, or does not ultimately participate in the Promotion. Any such claim shall be made directly to the Boutique concerned.
