“FASHION STARS” CAMPAIGN AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE: -70% ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT (ON THE VILLAGE PRICE) ON SELECTED PRODUCTS
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE “FASHION STARS” CAMPAIGN SHALL APPLY TO PURCHASES OF CERTAIN PRODUCTS SELECTED BY PARTICIPATING BOUTIQUES AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE:

  1. On the occasion of the “Fashion Stars” campaign (the “Promotion”), Las Rozas Village (the “Village” or the “Centre”) is offering Village visitors an additional 70% discount on the Village selling price (the “Discount”), under the terms and conditions set out below (“T&Cs”).

  2. The Promotion is valid only in those Village boutiques participating in it (the “Boutiques” or, individually, the “Boutique”). Additionally, some Boutiques may offer other benefits instead of the Discount. The final part of these T&Cs lists the participating Boutiques*, differentiating between those applying the Discount and those offering other** advantages. In any case, the Village’s food and beverage establishments, such as restaurants and cafés, are excluded from the Promotion.

  3. The Promotion consists of the application of the Discount (or, where applicable, the expressly stated commercial benefit in these T&Cs) by the Boutiques to purchases of specific products freely and expressly selected by them (the “Products” or “Product”), while stocks last. Boutiques will offer customers different sizes of each Product. However, customers may purchase a maximum of one (1) unit of each Product per Boutique (i.e., one unit per reference), even if in different sizes.

Please note that products belonging to the 2025 collections are excluded from the Promotion, and the Discount cannot be applied to them.

  1. The Promotion will take place exclusively on May 24, 2025, meaning it is valid for one day only and for purchases completed on that day.

  2. The Promotion is valid only for purchases made physically in the Boutiques and applies to the Products. In other words, the Discount will not be applied to purchases made through any digital, telematic, or remote channels, including the “Virtual Personal Shopping” and “Las Rozas Village from Home” services, even if used to acquire any of the Products.

  3. The Discount may not be combined with other offers and is not valid during any other promotional campaigns in the Village and/or the respective Boutique.

In all cases, the Discount shall be applied to the Village selling price of the products, before the application of any taxes, duties, levies, or similar charges.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that: 8.1 Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., the management entity of the Village, its partners, affiliates, and related corporate entities, as well as the Village’s owner company (collectively referred to as “VR”), are not responsible, under any circumstances, for the prices or discounts announced and/or ultimately applied by the Boutiques to their products; 8.2 VR merely manages the Centre, while the Boutiques are the entities that directly conduct sales and transactions with customers. Therefore, the execution of a sale and, where applicable, the application of the Discount or any other benefit or promotion does not establish any contractual relationship between VR and the customer; 8.3 For the same reason, the selection of the Products has been carried out by the Boutiques and VR offers no guarantees regarding the products (e.g., their quality) marketed by the Boutiques and purchased directly from them by customers; 8.4 As a result, the customer acknowledges that they shall have no right to, and hereby waive any claim against VR in the event that the Boutique does not apply the Discount, either partially or in full, or does not participate in the Promotion, and must instead direct any such claim, if desired, to the relevant Boutique.
