“FASHION STARS” CAMPAIGN AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE: -70% ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT (ON THE VILLAGE PRICE) ON SELECTED PRODUCTS
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE “FASHION STARS” CAMPAIGN SHALL APPLY TO PURCHASES OF CERTAIN SELECTED PRODUCTS MADE AT PARTICIPATING BOUTIQUES IN LAS ROZAS VILLAGE:
On the occasion of the “Fashion Stars” campaign (the “Promotion”), Las Rozas Village (the “Village” or the “Centre”) offers visitors to the Village an additional 70% discount on the Village sale price (the “Discount”), under the terms and conditions set out below (“T&Cs”).
The Promotion is valid only at the Village boutiques participating in it (the “Boutiques” or, individually, the “Boutique”). Additionally, some Boutiques may offer benefits other than the Discount. The Boutiques are listed at the end of these T&Cs*, distinguishing between those applying the Discount and those offering different** benefits. In any case, the Village's food and beverage establishments, such as restaurants and cafés, are excluded from the Promotion.
The Promotion consists of the application of the Discount (or, where applicable, the commercial benefit expressly indicated in these T&Cs) by the Boutiques on purchases of specific products expressly and freely selected by them (the “Products” or the “Product”), while stocks last for each Product. The Boutiques will make various sizes of each Product available to customers. However, customers may purchase up to a maximum of one (1) unit of each Product per Boutique (i.e., one (1) unit per reference; except in those cases expressly detailed at the end of these T&Cs***), even if they are in different sizes. Please note that products from the 2025 collections are excluded from the Promotion and the Discount will not apply to them.
The Promotion will take place only on September 6, 2025, meaning it will be valid for one day only and for purchases completed on that same day.
The Promotion is only valid for purchases made physically at the Village Boutiques. That is, the Discount will not apply to purchases made via any digital, telematic and/or remote means, including “Virtual Personal Shopping” and “Las Rozas Village from Home” services, even if customers purchased any of the Products.
The Discount cannot be combined with other offers and is not valid during any other ongoing promotional campaign in the Village and/or the relevant Boutique.
In any case, the Discount will be applied to the Village sale price of the products, before the application of any taxes, fees, duties or similar charges.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that: 8.1. Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., manager of the Village, its partners, subsidiaries and related entities, as well as the owner of the Village (jointly referred to as “VR”) are not, under any circumstances, responsible for the prices or discounts announced and/or ultimately applied by the Boutiques, at any given time, to their products; 8.2. VR only manages the Centre, while the Boutiques are the ones directly carrying out sales and transactions with customers. Therefore, the completion of a sale and, where applicable, the application of the Discount or any other benefit or promotion does not create any contractual relationship between VR and the customer; 8.3. For the same reason, the selection of the Products has been made by the Boutiques and VR does not provide any guarantees regarding the products (such as, for example, their quality) marketed by the Boutiques and purchased by customers directly from them; 8.4. Consequently, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they shall not have the right to, and in any case waive the right to, make any claim against VR if the Boutique ultimately does not apply the Discount, whether in whole or in part, or does not participate in the Promotion, and should address any claims, if deemed appropriate, directly to the relevant Boutique;
