FREE GIFT TO NEW MEMBERS WHO MAKE AT LEAST ONE (1) PURCHASE AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY IN RESPECT OF NEW MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES EXPRESSLY STATED:
  1. The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., NIF B-60.689.486 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Organiser’, ‘Las Rozas Village’ interchangeably), the entity which manages the Las Rozas Village centre (the ‘Village’). The Organiser can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village , La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona).
  2. The Organiser sets out below the rules and regulations for the delivery of gifts (the ‘Rules’ and the ‘Action’), aimed exclusively at new members of Membership who register as such and make at least one (1) purchase in the Village on the same day. The term of the Action will be from 11 April to 20 April inclusive (the ‘Term’).
  3. To be eligible to participate, entrants must:
  • Not be previously registered with Membership and therefore register as a member during the Term.
  • Once registered, make at least one (1) purchase in the Village within the Term. Unscanned purchases will not be counted under any circumstances.
  • Once the above conditions have been met, the customer will receive, on the same day, an email confirming that their purchase has been successfully registered and that they can therefore go to the Village on the same day to collect their gift.
  1. The gift consists of a tote bag with the Las Rozas Village logo, worth 1.98 Euros (the ‘Gift’). There will be a total of two hundred (200) units per day during the Term. Therefore, they will be delivered to the benefited customers on a first-come, first-served basis at the collection point, while stocks last.
  2. In order to collect the Gift, the Membership Member must show, in addition to his/her personal Membership code, the email address indicated in point ‘3’, to the Concierge Services staff at the Village, to whom the customer must go in person on the same day to collect the Gift. The Gift must be collected on the day of receipt of the aforementioned email and no later than thirty (30) minutes prior to the Village closing time. Customers entitled to the Gift who do not collect the Gift on the same day on which they make the transaction and receive the email will forfeit their entitlement to the Gift.
  3. The relevant Gift may not be, in whole or in part, transferable or redeemable for cash value, or for alternative gifts, even of lesser value.
  4. The Gift does not extend to any other item not expressly specified, including but not limited to the following exclusions:
  • Per diems;
  • Transfers;
  • Fees and taxes, including those derived from the Gift and the tourist tax.
  1. Only one entry per person will be allowed during the Term.
  2. The following persons are ineligible to participate and therefore will not be entitled to the Gift:
  • Persons under 18 years of age;
  • Partners, executives and employees of the Organiser, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village or other companies in the group of companies that apply the concept of The Bicester Collection, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in the development of the promotion, as well as the children and direct relatives of all of them.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the previous paragraph is a beneficiary, the Organiser may disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the Gift for not complying with the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organiser and to this end, the Organiser reserves the right to take any action it may be entitled to in order to claim damages and any other rights it may have. In any case, the Organiser is exonerated from liability for the fraudulent participation of third parties and for the bad practices of these, external to the Organiser, in the promotion and development of the Action. 10. The Organiser shall not be liable for cases of force majeure as well as for acts not directly attributable to the Organiser, which may prevent recipients from enjoying all or part of their Gift. The Organiser accepts no liability whatsoever for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer equipment or software failure, or any kind of satellite, network or server failure. 11. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Gift with an alternative Gift(s) of equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond the Organiser's control make this necessary. 12. The mere participation in the Action implies full acceptance of these Rules, implying that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their full content, without reservations or limitations. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the conditions of the Action at any time, undertaking to communicate the new Rules, conditions or definitive cancellation, if applicable. In particular, if for reasons of force majeure, beyond the control of the Organiser, the La Rozas Village centre has to be closed to the public and therefore the Action cannot be carried out, the participant may not make any claim whatsoever against the Organiser. 14. The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organiser gives no guarantees with respect to the Gift awarded or granted. 15. In compliance with the provisions of current legislation, where applicable, the Organiser will make the withholding and payment on account corresponding to Personal Income Tax to the recipients of each Gift, and will declare the Gift given in the corresponding tax forms. The fiscal repercussions that obtaining the Gift may have on the taxation of the winner will be for the account of the latter, and the Organiser will be relieved of any responsibility. 16. The recipients accept and authorise that the mention of their name and/or image collecting their Gift may be published on the Organiser's website and social networks if the Organiser deems it appropriate, as well as in any other commercial, advertising or communication media that the Organiser may use or contract (internal or external), in order to inform and publicise the result of the Action. This authorisation is given solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The recipient undertakes to participate, on reasonable terms, in subsequent publicity initiatives that may be requested by the Organiser. 17. For the purposes of the applicable regulations, it is hereby stated that the territorial scope of the Action extends to the territory of the Community of Madrid. Thus, these Rules are governed by the applicable regional and Spanish regulations. Failure by the participant to comply with any of the rules and regulations established in these Rules and Regulations will result in immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Action, with the loss of the Gift, if applicable. 18. Participants and the Organiser accept that any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Rules shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona. 19.
