Stagiair(e) Retail & Product Merchandising
As a Retail & Product Merchandising Intern, you will support both the Retail Team and the Product Merchandising Team in their daily operations at Maasmechelen Village. You will contribute to an optimal guest experience, smooth behind‑the‑scenes processes, and well‑aligned product presentation. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the fashion and retail industry within a dynamic and inspiring environment.
Responsibilities:
Retail & Administration
• Supporting with the daily administrative follow-up for the Retail Team.
• Assisting with communication towards brands and internal departments.
• Supporting Commercial Moments & Activities
• Assisting with the preparation and execution of retail and marketing campaigns in the boutiques.
Brand Support & Recruitment
• Supporting at job fairs and other recruitment activities.
• Assisting with the organisation of trainings and engagement activities for store teams.
Product Merchandising
• Coordinating the collection of samples and product assets.
• Carrying out basic benchmarking exercises on assortment and pricing.
• Providing input for marketing campaigns based on product data.
Profile:
• Je volgt een opleiding in retail, business, marketing, mode of een gelijkaardig domein.
• Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
• Je houdt van een dynamische, commerciële omgeving.
• Je kan goed plannen en prioriteiten stellen.
• Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
