If you’re not so into the baggy trend, prefer cropped jeans, have a vintage pair you want to give a second life to or just want to add your signature style to the iconic fit; you can give yours a personal touch by cropping the length and adding a raw hem for a boyfriend finish that will never go out of style. 

1. Trek je jeans aan en duid op één broekspijp met krijt de gewenste lengte aan. Het kan moeilijk zijn om zelf de juiste lengte te bepalen als je de jeans aanhebt. Vraag iemand uit je bubbel eventueel om je even te helpen.
   

2. Leg de jeans op een vlakke ondergrond, trek op de plaats van de krijtmarkering een rechte lijn met een meetlat en knip de jeans af langs de lijn.

3. Meet de binnenste zoom van de afgeknipte broekspijp en zet de lengte met krijt over op de binnenste zoom van de andere broekspijp.

4. Herhaal stap 2 voor de tweede broekspijp.

5. Keer de jeans binnenstebuiten en naai een paar steken aan de onderkant van de buitenste zoom zodat de stof niet te veel uitrafelt.

6. Keer de jeans weer met de juiste kant naar buiten en rafel de zoom uit. Dit doe je best met de hand, en met een zachte, rollende beweging.
