Unlock Her Future Prize

We develop innovative programmes to accelerate women’s empowerment, leveraging our expertise, resources and global network to design and embed innovative initiatives that make a difference to the lives of women worldwide.

The Unlock Her Future Prize is our answer to unleashing the potential of women social entrepreneurs. Every year, we identify and support three extraordinary women social entrepreneurs from a different region of the world. We help them launch their start-up and become role models for future generations.

This prize is more than an initiative – it embodies a commitment to breaking barriers, closing funding gaps, reshaping the entrepreneurship landscape and creating a ripple effect of change.

The Why

To advance gender equality, we champion tomorrow’s disruptors and game-changers by supporting their business ventures and closing the funding gap, supporting women first-time founders, of any age, with a start-up idea, to generate a positive and sustainable impact on society.

The What

An annual start-up competition for women social impact entrepreneurs. Our first edition launched in MENA in November 2022 and the winners were announced on 8 March 2023. In November 2023, we launched the LATAM edition with the winners announced in June 2024.
