Terms and Conditions for Saudia AlFursan Members

The following promotional offers have been arranged for the benefit of Saudia AlFursan Members only (each a "Member" and together the "Members"), and are provided by Value Retail Management Limited ("Value Retail"). The terms and conditions that apply to these offers are:

Period of Promotion

  • The promotional offers detailed below are available to Members during the period 21 March 2025 – 12 April 2025 only (the "Period of Promotion"), and are available 7 days a week.

Participating Villages

  • These promotional offers are available only once per Member at one of:
    • Bicester Village
    • Ingolstadt Village
    • Wertheim Village
    • La Roca Village
    • Las Rozas Village
    • Kildare Village
    • Fidenza Village
    • Maasmechelen Village
    • La Vallee Village

(each a "Participating Village" and collectively the "Participating Villages").

Double Miles Offer

  • Members who, during the Period of Promotion, present:
    1. Proof of their Saudia AlFursan membership together with their offer email/invitation for this promotional offer.
    2. Their receipts for the purchase of goods (including food and beverages) made by a Member at one or a number of various boutiques in a Participating Village which amount to a collective minimum spend of £/€1000 ("Qualifying Purchases"),

shall be entitled to receive two (2) Saudia AlFursan Miles instead of the usual one (1) Saudia AlFursan Mile for every £1 or €1 spent (the "Double Miles Offer").

  • Claims for the Double Miles Offer can only be made:

    1. At the Guest Concierge in the respective Participating Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made.
    2. Digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link: Loyalty Programmes Terms.

  • Subject to paragraph 3.b.ii, no retroactive claims will be permitted.

  • This Double Miles Offer is not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out in paragraph 4.b below.

  • This Double Miles Offer can only be redeemed once per Member at one of the Participating Villages.

General

  • Data Collection: Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process their personal data, including:

  • Annual Threshold: Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Members in any of the Villages, which is redeemed for Miles. If a Member's annual spend at any of the Villages during a calendar year exceeds £30,000 (the "Annual Threshold"), then for the remainder of that year:

    • The rate will be one (1) Saudia AlFursan Mile for every £5 or €5 spent.
    • The Double Miles Offer and Triple Miles Offers will not be available.

  • Additional Conditions:

    • Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award Saudia AlFursan Miles under the Double Miles Offer and/or the Triple Miles Offers in cases of actual or suspected fraud.
    • Miles transactions are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
    • The right to benefit from these promotional offers is personal and may not be transferred.
    • These promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon, or voucher.
    • Receipts for Qualifying Purchases cannot be used to claim miles or points in other loyalty programmes.
    • These promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel these promotional offers at any time.
    • Value Retail will not be liable for any financial loss arising from the refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of these offers.
