WINTER CAMPAIGN FOR MILES & SMILES MEMBERS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following promotional Offer has been arranged for the benefit of Miles & Smiles members only (each a “Member” and together “Members”), and is provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to this Offer are:

1. Period of Promotion

  • 1.1. This promotional offer (the "Offer") is available to Members during the period 23-12-2025 to 01-02-2026 (inclusive) only (“Period of Promotion”) and is available during the opening times/days of the Villages specified in this offer during the Period of Promotion.
  • Dates are in DDMMYYYY format.

2. Participating Villages

  • 2.1. This promotional Offer is available at:
    Bicester Village, Kildare Village, La Vallée Village, Maasmechelen Village, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, Ingolstadt Village, Wertheim Village, Fidenza Village (each a “Participating Village” and collectively the “Participating Villages”).

3. General Criteria and Method of Claim

  • 3.1. For this Offer, Members must present:
    • 3.1.1. Proof of their Miles & Smiles membership together with their offer email/invitation for this promotional offer.
    • 3.1.2. Their receipts for the Qualifying Purchases (what amounts to a Qualifying Purchase depends on the details of the Offer as set out below).
  • 3.2. Claims for this Offer can only be made:
    • 3.2.1. At the Guest Concierge in the Village where the Qualifying Purchase was made, on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made.
    • 3.2.2. Digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at:

  • 3.3. Subject to paragraph 3.2.2, no retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with this Offer.

4. Threshold Rules

  • 4.1. No Offer is available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 6.3 below.

5. Offer

  • 5.1. The Double Miles Offer relates, subject to all the other rules, to those purchases made by a Member in one or a number of various boutiques in Participating Villages which amount to a collective minimum spend of £/€1000 (“Offer Qualifying Purchases”), for which the offer is to receive 2 Miles & Smiles Miles instead of the usual 1 for every £1 or €1 spent.
  • 5.2. This Offer can only be redeemed once per Member at one of the Participating Villages.
  • 5.3. Where a minimum spend value is given but no currency symbol is shown, the relevant currency is:
    • GBP (£) in Bicester Village
    • EUR (€) in all other European Villages (as long as those villages are Participating Villages).

6. General

  • 6.1. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Member’s personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to:
    • 6.1.1. Enable the Offer to be redeemed for the benefit of the Member.
    • 6.1.2. Track the levels of a Member’s spend at the Participating Villages to assess whether the Annual Threshold has been met (see paragraph 6.3 below).
  • 6.2. All collection and processing of such personal data by Value Retail will be conducted in accordance with Value Retail’s Privacy Policy:

    and the relevant Participating Village’s Privacy Policy:
  • 6.3. Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Members in Participating Villages which is redeemed for Miles/Points.
    • Where a Member has applied for Miles/Points and, at any point within a calendar year, the Member’s collective annual spend at the Participating Villages during that year equals or exceeds €30,000 (the “Annual Threshold”), then the rate at which the Miles/Points will be awarded for that Member for the remainder of that year will be reduced to 1 Mile/Point for every £5 or €5 spent.
    • The Offer(s) will not be available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold.
  • 6.4. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Miles & Smiles Miles/Points under the Offer(s) in cases of actual or suspected fraud.
  • 6.5. The right to benefit from the Offer(s) is personal to the recipient of an offer email/invitation, and may not be transferred. The offer email/invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient.
  • 6.6. The Offer(s) may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with this/these Offer(s) may not then be used to claim Miles or Points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes.
  • 6.7. The benefits granted by the Offer(s) cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • 6.8. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Offer(s) for any reason at any time.
  • 6.9. Value Retail will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Offer(s), or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of the Offer(s).
