Increased cleaning schedules, regular disinfection routines and deep cleaning are in place throughout the Village. Hand sanitiser touchpoints are placed at the entrances, throughout the Village and in public restrooms.

When entering the Village, we will ensure that all necessary social distancing rules are complied with. Thank you in advance for your patience.

At all times, we will comply with the laws and regulations and closely monitor the latest developments.

We offer spacious parking facilities.

A Shopping Express service is not offered at this moment.

Please keep a social distance of 1,5m meters to others and wear a FFP2-mask indoors (children below the age of six excepted).

We expect our guests to comply with the applicable safety and hygiene regulations of the state of Baden-Wurttemberg at all times.

Please note the changed regulations for pupils during the holiday period.

Guests can only access restaurants or cafés if they can provide vaccination, recovery or valid test - certificate (3G).

Guests are only allowed to access inside areas of restaurants, food trucks or cafés with FFP2 mask or equivalent (compulsory from 18 years of age).

Food and Beverage operators must track guest data in accordance with the given regulations.

We have limited services available at this moment. Please contact our Guest Services Team in advance should you require any specific service.

For the safety of our guests, fitting rooms will be sanitised at regular intervals throughout the day, which may impact waiting times. We thank you for your patience.

To avoid contact, we encourage all guests to choose contactless payment options where possible. Some of our boutiques may not accept cash at this time.

Every boutique must comply at any time with the applicable health and safety regulations.

Yes, dogs are generally allowed in the Village, however must be leashed at all times. Dog trolleys are available at the Tourist Information.

The boutiques teams will advise you virtually (Virtual Shopping) at no extra cost to you. There may be shipping charges for the Virtual Shopping service individually per brand, which the team will be happy to inform you about.

As an alternative to shipping, personal pickup of your purchase on-site is available by prior appointment with the boutique (Reserve & Collect).
