WERTHEIM VILLAGE AND INGOLSTADT VILLAGE HANDS-FREE SHOPPING

Dear Guest, we are glad to assist you with Hands-Free Shopping (“HFS”), to enable you to shop at boutiques present at Wertheim and/or Ingolstadt Village (“Village”) and collect all your purchases at the end of your visit to the Village. Allow us to point out some organisational rules for this service:
- 
“HFS” is a shopping service which enables Guests (“Guest” / “You” / “Your”) to shop at participating boutiques within the Village and collect their purchases at the end of their visit to the Village. The HFS service is free of charge for You. 
- 
If You present Your photographic identification and: 
a. Partner Membership Card (being a corporate partner of The Bicester Collection, details of which are set out at https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/partners/; or
b. Private Client Card; or
c. invitation to claim discounted or complimentary HFS services at the Village, at the Village Guest Concierge, you will (subject to availability) be entitled to receive discounted or complimentary HFS services (as set out in the invitation/ offer) while visiting the Village and will be provided with a HFS Guest-ID-QR Code (“HFS-ID-Code”).

- If You would like to access the HFS service at the Village but are not in receipt of a Partner Membership Card, Private Client Card or invitation to claim discounted or complimentary HFS services, You may complete the HFS registration process: (i.) at the Village Guest Concierge in person ; or (ii.) scan the WhatsApp QR Code available in the Village and at the HFS participating boutiques, which will generate a WhatsApp notification (we use WhatsApp Business) on Your mobile, whereby You will be asked to provide Your email address via WhatsApp to the Village Guest Concierge, which will complete the HFS registration for You. After completion of the registration process You will be provided with an individual HFS-ID-Code and a short description how to use it in the boutiques for the HFS service (in more detail see below under “Redemption Process”)
Redemption Process

You must present your HFS HFS-ID-Code to the relevant boutique assistant when making a purchase in a boutique at the Village. 
- 
The boutique assistant will place Your HFS purchases in a security shopping bag (“HFS Bag”). You must check that Your purchases have been sealed in a security shopping bag when using the HFS service. 
- 
If You temporarily require access to purchases that You have already provided to the boutique assistant or the Village Guest Concierge, You will need to contact the boutique assistant/ the Village Guest Concierge who will remove the seal from the security shopping bag before returning the purchases to You. If You no longer need the purchases, a new seal will be used when the purchases are returned to the security shopping bag. If the removal of the seal causes damage to the purchases, You will be liable.

You must contact the respective Village Guest Concierge at telephone number stated above (see paragraph 3.) at least 30 minutes before you wish to leave the respective Village to enable the Guest Concierge team to prepare the purchases for Your collection. 
- 
You may collect your HFS Bag from the location quoted by the Village Guest Concierge (“HFS Storage Place”) when You contacted the Village Guest Concierge in accordance with paragraph 8. To collect the HFS Bag(s), You must present Your HFS-ID-Code, photographic identification and receipts for the purchases. You must arrive no later than 30 minutes before the Village closing time.

HFS is available until 60 minutes before the Village closing time. Purchases made at the Village less than 60 minutes before closing time of the Village cannot be collected through the HFS service and thus. will not qualify for HFS services. 
General
- 
You acknowledge that each boutique can only accept items purchased from that boutique for the HFS service and will not be able to accept purchases made from other boutiques. 
- 
The Village aims to collect your purchases and have the purchases ready within 30 minutes of you informing the Village Guest Concierge that you wish to leave the Village. However, the Village does not guarantee this period and does not accept any liability if, for any reason, your purchases are not available for collection within this period. 
- 
You must collect your purchases on the same day the purchases are made. If You cannot collect Your purchases on the same day, You should notify the respective Village Guest Concierge as soon as possible on phone at the respective telephone number indicated above under paragraph 3., and the respective Village Guest Concierge will seek to hold the purchases for You up to 28 days for collection. The Village reserves the right to dispose of any purchases not collected within 28 days. 
- 
You acknowledge and agree that some boutiques may not participate in HFS services. You can contact the Village Guest Concierge to obtain a list of boutiques that participate in the HFS service. 
- 
You should notify the Village Guest Concierge of any loss, damage or other problems as soon as possible when collecting your purchases. Value Retail will not accept any liability for losses or damages caused that have not been reported by You before you leave the Village on the day you make the relevant purchases or on collection of your purchases. 
Data Protection
- 
Value Retail, the managing company of the Village, processes your personal data for the purpose of registering you for the HFS service and managing the service during your visit to the Village.

Miscellaneous
- 
These T&Cs and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with German law, excluding the German conflict of laws regulations and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). 
- 
The place of jurisdiction for disputes relating to these T&Cs is the registered seat of Value Retail Management Germany, unless mandatory consumer law establishes a different jurisdiction. 
- 
We will not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (§ 36 VSBG).
