BICESTER VILLAGE ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT

The following terms and conditions together with the House Rules which can be found at The Apartment House Rules | Bicester Village shall apply to guests who are entitled to use The Apartment at Bicester Village (“you/ your”).

  1. “The Apartment” means the exclusive (by invitation only) VIP luxury hospitality lounge located at Bicester Village.

  2. You must email PrivateClients@BicesterVillage.com or such other email / method provided in your invitation a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours before you wish to use The Apartment to request your booking. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation email.

  3. On arrival at Bicester Village, you must show your Partner Membership Card (physical or digital) and/or your Private Client Card (physical or digital) and/or your invitation to use The Apartment together with your booking confirmation at The Apartment, Bicester Village. You will then be entitled (subject to availability and pre-booking) to complimentary access to The Apartment.

  4. Access to The Apartment will be restricted to the hours of use communicated from time to time.

  5. Access to The Apartment is subject to availability and is only valid on the date and at the times of the booking confirmation.

  6. You must comply with all rules and directions provided by the Bicester Village staff when in The Apartment. Bicester Village reserves the right to remove you from The Apartment if you fail to follow directions, behave dangerously, act in an anti-social manner, cause disturbance, or otherwise breach the House Rules in force, as may be amended from time to time.

Data Processing

  1. Your personal data will be processed by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited, the managing company of Bicester Village, processes your personal data for the purpose of registering you for The Apartment and managing the service during your visit to The Apartment, Bicester Village.
