BICESTER VILLAGE VIP PASS/eVIP PASS

The following terms and conditions shall apply to guests who purchase goods from a participating boutique using a VIP pass or eVIP pass at Bicester Village (“you/ your”).

VIP Pass/eVIP Pass

  1. A “VIP Pass” or “eVIP Pass” is a benefit that entitles the holder of the VIP Pass/eVIP Pass to receive a ten per cent (10%) discount off the “Village Price” on select products within participating boutiques at Bicester Village.

  2. If you:

2.1 present your VIP Pass/eVIP Pass invitation and/or your Private Client Card and/or your Partner Membership Card (being a corporate partner of Value Retail, details of which are set out here at the Bicester Village Guest Concierge, you will (subject to availability and any "blackout periods" that may apply at Bicester Village) be entitled to receive a complimentary "VIP Pass/eVIP Pass", which will provide you with a ten per cent (10%) discount off the Village Price on select products within participating boutiques at Bicester Village; or

2.2 click on the eVIP link for Bicester Village and provide your country and postcode and/or county, you will receive an eVIP QR code, which will (subject to availability and any “blackout periods” that may apply at Bicester Village) entitle you to a ten per cent (10%) discount in participating boutiques at Bicester Village.

  1. The VIP Pass/eVIP Pass is only for use at the participating boutiques at Bicester Village. Not all boutiques at Bicester Village participate in the VIP Pass/eVIP Pass scheme and certain boutiques apply restrictions and exemptions. For further details please check with the relevant boutique.

  2. You acknowledge and agree that some of the participating boutiques may not be operating on the day of your visit. There may also be recently opened boutiques which are not listed as participating boutiques, and you should enquire with the relevant boutique in question for further information.

  3. The VIP Pass/eVIP Pass must be presented before or at the time of purchase in the participating boutique in order to receive the discount. Retrospective presentation of the VIP Pass/eVIP Pass after purchase will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any questions or concerns related to the availability of the VIP Pass/eVIP Pass must be raised with the participating boutique in question and are unable to be addressed by Guest Concierge.

  4. The VIP Pass is only valid on the date of issue and the eVIP Pass is only valid for 24 hours after the first purchase in a participating boutique and neither can be used for previously made purchases.

  5. The VIP Pass/eVIP Pass is not valid whilst any promotional campaign is in place and will not be available during “further reduction” or “blackout” periods, when an alternative gift may be offered. Full details of any "blackout" periods and when the VIP Pass/eVIP Pass will not be available will be provided at the Bicester Village Guest Concierge.

  6. The VIP Pass/eVIP Pass is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

  7. The VIP Pass/eVIP Pass is limited to one VIP Pass/eVIP Pass per person, is non-transferable and only valid for use by the person to whom it is issued.

  8. The VIP Pass/eVIP Pass has no cash value and is not for sale or re-sale.

  9. The VIP Pass/eVIP Pass will become invalid if tampered with in any way.

  10. The discounts offered are in relation to the participating boutique’s prices before the application of any taxes, duties, levies or administration or similar fees.

  11. You acknowledge and agree that:

13.1 Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited, members of the same group of companies as Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited and the owners of Bicester Village (collectively “VR”) are not responsible for the prices at which the participating boutiques advertise or sell goods from time to time;

13.2 VR is acting as the agent of the participating boutiques at all times and the discount vouchers create no contractual relationship between VR and you in relation to the discount offered in the VIP Pass/eVIP Pass or otherwise;

13.3 VR gives no warranties regarding the goods and services (including without limitation the quality thereof) which you may obtain with the VIP Pass/eVIP Pass from the participating boutiques;

13.4 You shall have no right, and you waive your ability to make any claim against VR in the event that any participating boutique fails to honour the VIP Pass/eVIP Pass in whole or part, or for any subsequent withdrawal of the VIP Pass/eVIP Pass and your only remedy in that situation is to claim against the participating boutique; and

13.5 You shall have no right, and waive your ability to make any claim for loss or damage (to person or property), save as may not be excluded by law, suffered by you or third parties in consequence of your use of the VIP Pass/eVIP Pass in procuring goods from any participating boutique.

  1. Purchases made from any participating boutique using the VIP Pass/eVIP Pass are subject to the terms and conditions of sale applied by each boutique, which may include a requirement for a minimum spend before the VIP Pass/eVIP Pass can be used.

  2. You shall indemnify VR, VR’s officers and employees, and hold them harmless from and against any actions, claims, damages (including amounts paid on a without prejudice basis), losses and costs suffered by VR and/or those companies’ officers and employees in consequence of any action or claim made by you which is at variance with the acknowledgements, agreements and waivers made by you above.

  3. VR reserves the right to withdraw the VIP Pass and/or eVIP Pass, and/or modify the benefits associated with them, at any time and for any reason whatsoever.

Data Processing

  1. Your personal data will be processed by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited, the managing company of Bicester Village, with the purpose of managing the VIP Pass/eVIP Pass as well as any other necessary action to facilitate its correct use and exchange.
