BICESTER VILLAGE LUGGAGE DROP
The following terms and conditions shall apply to guests who use luggage drop services at Bicester Village (“you/ your”).
Luggage Drop

“Luggage Drop” is a service which enables you to store your luggage in a designated Guest Concierge location while enjoying shopping at Bicester Village.

To utilise the Luggage Drop service, you must: (i) book the Luggage Drop service online by clicking Plan My Visit; or (ii) visit Guest Concierge at Bicester Village with photographic identification and register for the Luggage Drop service. The Luggage Drop service is always subject to availability.

Guest Concierge will store your luggage in a secure area and provide a luggage tag to you, which you must present on collection when you have finished shopping.

To collect left luggage, you must present your luggage tag together with your photographic identification to Bicester Village Guest Concierge. If luggage is collected by a third party on your behalf, the collector must produce a signed form of authority from you together with photographic identification.

Luggage must be collected no later than 30 minutes after Bicester Village closing time. If luggage is not collected by this time, Bicester Village will treat it as lost property and pass it on to the Bicester Village security team. Lost property will be kept for 6 weeks from date of receipt, after which it will be discarded. To collect lost property, you should contact Bicester Village Guest Concierge.

On collection of your luggage, you must inspect the luggage and notify Bicester Village Guest Concierge of any issues prior to your departure from Bicester Village. Bicester Village is not responsible for any problems notified to Bicester Village after your departure. Bicester Village will not be responsible for any loss or damage to luggage that existed prior to the time the luggage was dropped off.

The Luggage Drop service is available during Bicester Village opening dates and hours. Blackout dates may apply, and Bicester Village reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or withdraw the Luggage Drop service at any time without prior notice. Guests are advised to contact Guest Concierge prior to their visit to confirm availability of the service.

You acknowledge and agree that in respect of luggage left with the Luggage Drop service:
a. the aggregate value of all items and contents deposited for storage does not exceed £5,000;
b. Bicester Village is not authorised to store and does not accept any liability for items exceeding £5,000;
c. the bags, cases and other luggage containers are in sound condition and fit for purpose; and
d. neither the luggage nor the contents are dangerous, harmful, or of a perishable or fragile nature, and all items are suitable for storage at a temperature between 0°C – 40°C.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any luggage that we deem to be too heavy for us to safely carry. Where we determine that luggage is too heavy to be handled, we may, in our sole discretion, redirect you to an alternative storage location, such as the Concierge Service at the Bicester Village train station, or another storage facility that we believe is able to accommodate your Luggage.

You will be responsible for paying a replacement charge of £10 for any lost and/or damaged luggage tags.

Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited, the managing company of Bicester Village, processes your personal data for the purpose of registering you for the Luggage Drop service and managing the service during your visit to Bicester Village.
