THE BICESTER VILLAGE™ MEMBERS X THE HOT AIR BALLOON HUNT GAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Hot Air Balloon Hunt game (“Game”) has been arranged for the benefit of specific members of our membership programme. By participating in the Game, you accept and agree to be bound by: (i) our Membership Programme Terms and Conditions; (ii) these Game Terms and Conditions; and (ii) any specific terms that apply to the particular Reward you win, which will be available in your Membership account dashboard (“Specific Reward Terms and Conditions), (altogether, the “Terms and Conditions”).

Promoter: Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registration number 02884096) of Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD __(“Bicester Village”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Game, you must, during the Reward Redemption Period: (i) be a current Level 2 or Level 3 Member of our Membership Programme, (ii) verify your age (18+); and (iii) play the Game (by clicking on a balloon). If you win, the Reward will automatically be displayed in your Membership account dashboard. If you do not win, you will not be notified (“Eligible Members”, “you”, “your”). The record in your Membership account dashboard is final and conclusive evidence of your entitlement (or lack of entitlement) to the Reward.

The Game will be accessible to Eligible Members for play from 19:00 GMT on 2 October 2025 to 20:00 GMT on 2 November 2025 only (“the “Game Participation Period”). Each Eligible Member may play the Game only once during the Game Participation Period.

Eligible Members must be eighteen (18) years or over (as per the Membership Programme Terms and Conditions) at the time of participating in the game.

We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any Eligible Member. We may require such information as we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose and may withhold the Reward until eligibility has been verified.

The Game is not open to employees of the Promoter, or any other person connected with the administration of the Game.
Reward

A number of rewards are available to be won by Eligible Members during the Game Participation Period (the “Reward”). After successfully playing the Game, you will be notified of your specific Reward. The Reward may be provided by us or an independent retailer (“Reward Supplier”).

To claim your Reward , Eligible Members must log in to their Membership account. The Reward will automatically appear in your Membership account dashboard (via the app or website), along with Specific Reward Terms and Conditions, including instructions on how to redeem your Reward.

Each Reward is provided at the sole discretion of the Promoter and is subject to availability. Rewards will be allocated on a first come, first-served basis.

The Reward may not be available during public/bank holidays or high season periods as determined by us.

Some Rewards may require pre-booking. It is the responsibility of the Eligible Member to complete any required pre-booking as instructed by the Promoter or Reward Supplier. Failure to pre-book may result in the forfeiture of the Reward, and neither we nor the Reward Supplier shall be held liable for any lost opportunity or inability to redeem the Reward due to non-compliance with pre-booking requirements.

The Reward is subject to our fair use policy. Eligible Members may redeem one (1) Reward during the Game Participation Period.

The Reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable (not to be sold or auctioned) and no cash alternative will be offered.

We reserve the right to modify any Reward at our discretion without prior notice.

Provision of the Reward is discretionary. The Promoter reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute the Reward for a similar reward or replace the Reward with an alternative reward of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

Any costs or expense that are incidental to redemption of the Reward (including but not limited to travel to and from Bicester Village) will be at the Eligible Member’s expense.

Rewards supplied by a third party Reward Supplier may be subject to their respective terms and conditions. Please discuss any specific terms, including but not limited to allergen information directly with the Reward Supplier.

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any Reward at any time without notice.

We may refuse to provide any Reward or remove you from our Membership Programme at our sole discretion if we suspect fraud or misuse, including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim rewards fraudulently.

Eligible Members and their guests (where applicable) must comply with all rules and directions when enjoying a Reward. The Promoter and Prize Supplier reserve the right to exclude any Eligible Member or guest from participating in the Reward for failing to follow directions, behaving dangerously, acting anti-socially, or causing a disturbance.
Personal Data
- You may need to share your personal information with us and the Reward Supplier and we will contact you with further details on how to redeem the Reward. Any personal information supplied in connection with the Reward will be used, shared and retained as set out in the Membership Privacy Notice.
Game and Technical Liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the Game is functional and accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or missed Rewards resulting from technical failures, software or hardware malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or other unforeseen errors.

In the event of a technical malfunction, we reserve the right to void, suspend, or modify the Game, and to award Rewards in an alternative manner at our discretion.

We may refuse to provide any Reward or remove you from our Membership Programme if we suspect fraud or misuse, including creating duplicate accounts.

You must not use automated systems, scripts, or any means to manipulate the Game or Rewards. Any attempt to do so may result in disqualification and removal from the Membership Programme.
General

We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Reward to anyone in breach of these Reward Terms and Conditions.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, the Reward Supplier, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Eligible Member or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Reward except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Reward Supplier, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We and the Reward Supplier (where applicable) have arranged this Reward in good faith and you agree that neither we or the Reward Supplier nor our affiliated companies are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods or services obtained as part of the Reward.

This Reward is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. By redeeming this Reward, you release all social media platforms from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the redemption of this Reward.

Any costs or expenses incurred in claiming the Reward will be the Eligible Member’s responsibility and will not be covered by the Promoter. This includes, but is not limited to, travel to and from Bicester Village or any other relevant location.

We and the Reward Supplier (where applicable) will supply the Reward as described in these Reward Terms and Conditions, but we accept no responsibility or liability for any use of the Reward.

The Reward Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law.
