THE BICESTER VILLAGE™ MEMBERS x TRIVENI DURGA PUJA HOT DRINK REWARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For the purposes of these Reward Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

“Eligible Members”, “you”, “your”: New and existing Bicester Village Members aged 18 or over who register or sign in via the Triveni Aylesbury Durga Puja Festival QR code during the Promotional Period.

“Reward”: One (1) complimentary regular hot drink from Creperie Angelie, available to Eligible Members on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability.

“Reward Supplier”: Creperie Angelie

“Reward Redemption Period”: From 17-10-2026 to 19-10-2026

  1. Our Membership Programme is governed by the Membership Terms and Conditions (“Membership Terms and Conditions”), and by redeeming the Reward (as defined below), you accept and agree to be bound by both the Membership Terms and Conditions and these additional terms and conditions (“Reward Terms and Conditions”).

  2. Promoter: Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registration number 02884096) of Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD (“Bicester Village”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Eligibility

  1. This Reward is available to Eligible Members.

  2. Eligible Members must be eighteen (18) years or over (as per the Membership Programme Terms and Conditions) at the time of redeeming the Reward.

  3. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any Eligible Member. We may require such information as we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose and may withhold the Reward until eligibility has been verified.

  4. To claim the Reward, Eligible Members must scan the Triveni Aylesbury Durga Puja Festival QR code during the Promotional Period, register as a new Member or sign in to their existing Membership account via the registration page, and follow the instructions in their Membership dashboard to access and claim the Reward.

  5. No purchase is necessary. Internet access and a compatible device may be required.

Reward

  1. The Reward is provided by the Reward Supplier, an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village.

  2. The Reward is available to redeem by Eligible Members during the Reward Redemption Period and within the Reward Supplier’s designated opening hours only.

  3. To claim the Reward, Eligible Members must present the valid Reward to Creperie Angelie before ordering. The Reward applies to one regular hot drink only. Any upgrades, additions, alternative products or extras may be excluded or charged separately.

  4. The Reward is provided at the sole discretion of the Promoter and is subject to availability and will be allocated on a first come, first-served basis.

  5. The Reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, has no cash value and may not be exchanged, resold or used with any other offer unless expressly stated.

  6. The Reward may only be redeemed once by each Eligible Member and must be redeemed by 31 December 2026.

  7. A Reward that has expired, has already been redeemed, is incomplete, copied, altered or obtained other than in accordance with these Reward Terms and Conditions may be refused.

  8. Any costs or expenses incidental to claiming or redeeming the Reward will be at the Eligible Member’s expense.

  9. We may refuse to provide the Reward or remove any Member from our Membership Programme at our sole discretion if we suspect fraud, misuse, duplicate accounts or breach of these Reward Terms and Conditions.

  10. Eligible Members must comply with all reasonable rules and directions when redeeming the Reward. The Promoter and Reward Supplier reserve the right to refuse redemption where directions are not followed or where behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive.

  11. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Reward at any time without notice if circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

  12. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Reward with a similar reward or an alternative reward of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

Personal Data

  1. You may need to share your personal information with us and the Reward Supplier and we will contact you with further details on how to redeem the Reward. Any personal information supplied in connection with the Reward will be used, shared and retained as set out in the Membership Privacy Notice.

  2. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Reward to anyone in breach of these Reward Terms and Conditions.

  3. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, the Reward Supplier, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Eligible Member or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Reward except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Reward Supplier, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

General

  1. We and the Reward Supplier (where applicable) have arranged this Reward in good faith and you agree that neither we or the Reward Supplier nor our affiliated companies are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods or services obtained as part of the Reward.

  2. This Reward is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. By redeeming this Reward, you release all social media platforms from any claims, actions, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the redemption of this Reward.
