Bicester Village Members Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions – Scan, Spend & Win Blenheim Horse Trials, Womenwear Prize Draw

1. This Scan, Spend & Win Blenheim Horse Trials experience and womenswear prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) has been arranged for the benefit of the members of our Membership Programme ("Members").
   

2. The promotor of this Prize Draw is Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”).
   

3. The Prize (as described below) is supplied by Bicester Village, Blenheim Horse Trials and La Tua Pasta ("Prize Providers").
   

4. Our Membership Programme is governed by the following Terms and Conditions  and by entering the Prize Draw you also accept these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions along with the terms and conditions of the Prize Providers and agree to be bound by them ("Terms").
   

Dates and eligibility 5. The Prize Draw will begin at 9am on 5 August 2024 and close at 23:59 on 1 September 2024 (the "Prize Draw Period”).

6. The Reward is open to Members aged eighteen (18) years or over (as per the Membership Terms and Conditions).
   

7. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant. We may require such information as we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose and may withhold the Prize until eligibility has been verified.
   

8. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Bicester Village, or any other person connected with the administration of the Prize Draw.
   

Entry 9. The enter the Prize Draw eligible entrants must do the following during the Prize Draw Period:
(a) make a cumulative spend of £500 and over at any boutique in Bicester Village;
(b) present and scan their membership code at the checkout for each transaction in the boutique or food and beverage location; and
(c) complete the prize draw entry form that will automatically be sent to the email address provided on the membership account once you have spent £500 and over.

10. If Members forget to present and scan their membership code at the time a transaction is made a boutique; in Bicester Village during the Prize Draw Period, the boutique will be unable to scan their membership code retrospectively for entry into the Prize Draw.
    

11. Transactions not completed correctly, or completed at any boutique, Bicester Village outside the Prize Draw Period, will not be included in the Prize Draw and will not be eligible for the Prize.
    

12. There is a maximum of one (1) entry into the Prize Draw per person.
    

13. If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Prize Draw your request should be made in writing by email to Bicester Village at: MemberEnquiry@bicestervillage.com.
    

Winner 14. One (1) winner will be selected at random by a computer programme from those Entrants who validly entered the Prize Draw (the “Winner”).

15. The Winner will win a prize (the “Prize”) which includes the following:

(a) An Eleventy pair of trousers, to the value of £200;
(b) A Holland Cooper blazer, to the value of £400;
  (c) A Reiss pair of trousers, to the value of £100; 
(d) A GANNI T-shirt, to the value of £75; 
(e) A BOSS dress, to the value of £500; 
(f) Two VIP tickets to Blenheim Horse Trials from 19 - 22 Sept 2024 includes:
- Two VIP tickets to use on one select day between 19 -22 Sept of the trials; - In-show parking for one car; and
- Feature fence course walk with a top rider.
(g) A Bicester Village Personal Shopping experience for two, which includes complimentary Hands-free Shopping and refreshments (two alcoholic drinks per person); and
(h) A La Tua Pasta hamper worth £50.

Where the Winner is given a choice over an element of the Prize, this will be subject to availability and always subject to the value specified in these terms and conditions).

16. The winner will be notified by email (using the email address associated with the winners Membership account) within 7 days from the end of the Prize Draw Period and must provide by return email their
    

(a) Name
(b) Telephone number and
(c) acceptance of the Prize.

17. Entrants who have not won the Prize will not be notified.
    

18. If the Winner does not respond to the us within 48 hours of being notified by the us, then the Winner's prize will be forfeited, and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. Details of the winning entry are available on request.
    

Prize

19. The Prize for the Winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable (not be sold or auctioned) and no cash alternative is offered to the Prize. Winner will be notified as to where to collect the prizes (including Concierge Services or from the boutique).
    

20. Every effort will be made to supply the Prize but in the event that this is not possible due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control (including where any Prize Provider is unable to supply its respective Prize), we reserve the right (but are not obliged) to substitute a similar or alternative prize of equivalent prize or greater value.
    

21. Any costs or expenses incurred to redeem the Prize will be at the Winner’s expense (including but not limited to travelling to Bicester Village or Blenheim Horse Trials at Blenheim Palace.
    

22. By accepting the Prize, you agree to us sharing your email address with the suppliers of the Prize (including but not limited to Blenheim Horse Trials and JB Promotions) who will be in contact with you directly with further details on how to book at appointment to claim the Prize on how to redeem the Prize.
    

General

23. We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
    

24. We have arranged this Prize Draw in good faith in collaboration with Blenheim Horse Trials/JB Promotions, La Tua Pasta, Eleventy, Holland Cooper, Reiss, GANNI and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as part of this Prize Draw. The Prize Providers are responsible for the provision of their respective Prizes.
    

25. We will award the Prize as described in these Terms and Conditions, but we accept no responsibility or liability for any use of the Prize.
    

26. This Prize Draw is only for personal use by Members. What this means is explained in more detail in our Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) which can be seen here.
    

27. Any personal information supplied in connection with the Prize Draw will be used, shared and retained as set out in the Membership Privacy Notice.
    

28. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
    

29. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

31. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors (including the Prize Providers) will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors (including the Prize Providers. Your statutory rights are not affected.
    

32. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
    

33. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
    

34. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
