Bicester Village Members Event Terms and Conditions – Chinese Lantern making with Zoey Filigree

  1. These terms apply to the offer of one lantern making experience with Zoey Filigree (including a lantern to take home) being held at 14.30 (2.30 pm) on 6 February 2024 at farmshop restaurant and cafe, Bicester Village for £40 per person (“Reward”) issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our Membership Programme.

  2. Our Membership Programme is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and by redeeming the Reward you also accept these additional Monthly Reward Terms and Conditions in full.

  3. The Reward is available for booking between 09:00 (9 am) 25 January 2024 until the earlier of i) 5 February 2024 or ii) 10 successful bookings of the Reward (the “Offer Period”) when a member of our Membership Programme (“Member”) books the Reward and makes a payment of £40 per person via the Booking system (accessible via the Member dashboard) during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

  4. We're donating £5 from the lantern making experience event ticket to our DO GOOD charity partners, Women for Women International and Smart Works, who support our shared vision to help women and children wherever they're born.

  5. There is a maximum of one Reward per Member while stocks last (there is a maximum of 10 spaces for the event (available on a first come first serve basis).

  6. The Reward is only open to Members aged eighteen (18) years or over (as per the Membership Terms and Conditions).

  7. Members, who successfully book the Reward will receive a booking confirmation email.

  8. To redeem the Reward, Members who have successfully booked the Reward must scan their Membership QR Code at farmshop restaurant and cafe at the start of the relevant booked event at 14.30 (2.30 pm) on 6 February. Please discuss any allergen information directly with them prior to redemption.

  9. The Reward is provided on our behalf by Zoey Filigree, an independent artist operating at Bicester Village

  10. In the event that the Reward becomes unavailable for any reason, an alternative of equivalent or greater value will be substituted at our absolute discretion.

  11. We have arranged this Reward in good faith, and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as a result of the Reward.

  12. Rewards are personal to the original recipient Member and may not transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
