SINGAPORE AIRLINES DOUBLE OR TRIPLE MILES FOR KRISFLYER AND PPS CLUB MEMBERS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following promotional Offers have been arranged for the benefit of KrisFlyer members only (each a “Member” and together “Members”), and are provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to these Offers are:


1. Period of Promotion

1.1. These promotional offers (each an "Offer" and collectively "Offers") are available to Members during the period 01-06-2026 to 15-07-2026 (inclusive) only (“Period of Promotion”) and are available during the opening times/days of the Villages specified in this offer during the Period of Promotion. These dates are in DDMMYYYY format.


2. Participating Villages

2.1. For all Krisflyer members, these promotional Offers are available at: for Offer 1, Bicester Village and La Vallée Village ("Offer 1 Villages"), for Offer 2, Fidenza Village, Wertheim Village, Ingolstadt Village, Kildare Village, Maasmechelen Village, La Roca Village and Las Rozas Village ("Offer 2 Villages") (each a “Participating Village” and collectively the “Participating Villages”).

2.2. For PPS Club members only, these promotional Offers are available at: for Offer 3, Bicester Village and La Vallée Village ("Offer 3 Villages"), and for Offer 4, Fidenza Village, Wertheim Village, Ingolstadt Village, Kildare Village, Maasmechelen Village, La Roca Village and Las Rozas Village ("Offer 4 Villages") (each a “Participating Village” and collectively the “Participating Villages”),

3. Privilege Offer

3.1. All eligible Members who present valid proof of their KrisFlyer or PPS Club (as appropriate) membership and their offer email/invitation to this promotional offer are entitled to the following privilege benefits during the Period of Promotion at all Participating Villages (together, the “Privilege Offers”): 3.1.1. 10% eVIP: A complimentary 10% eVIP saving card valid at participating boutiques across all Participating Villages (available to KrisFlyer and PPS Club Members). 3.1.2. Complimentary Hands Free Shopping: Available to KrisFlyer and PPS Club Members at all Participating Villages. Prior reservation is required via the Singapore Airlines landing page before visiting. 3.1.3. Complimentary Private Apartment Access (PPS Club Members only): PPS Club Members may receive complimentary access to the by-invitation-only Apartments (VIP lounges) at the Participating Villages. Members must present their KrisFlyer PPS Club level membership card to gain access and prior reservation is required from the relevant Participating Village’s guest concierge. 3.1.4. 4. General Criteria and Method of Claim

4.1. For these Offers, Members must present: 4.1.1. proof of their KrisFlyer or PPS Club (as appropriate) membership together with their offer email/invitation for this promotional offer; and 4.1.2. their receipts for the Qualifying Purchases (what amounts to a Qualifying Purchase depends on the details of the Offer as set out below). 4.2. Claims for these Offers can only be made: 4.2.1. at the Guest Concierge in the Village where the Qualifying Purchase was made, on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or 4.2.2. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/loyalty-programmes-tcs. 4.3. Subject to paragraph 4.2.2, no retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with these Offers.


5. Threshold etc. Rules

5.1. No Offer is available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 7.3 below.


6. Offers

6.1. The Double Miles Offer 1 relates, subject to all the other rules, to those purchases made by a KrisFlyer Member in one or a number of various boutiques in Offer 1 Villages which amount to a collective minimum spend of €/£1,000 and collective maximum spend of €/£5,000 (“Offer 1 Qualifying Purchases”), for which the offer is to receive 2.5 KrisFlyer Miles instead of the usual 1.25 KrisFlyer Miles for every £1 or 1€ spent (the “Double Miles Offer 1”).

6.2. The Double Miles Offer 2 relates, subject to all the other rules, to those purchases made by a KrisFlyer Member in one or a number of various boutiques in Offer 2 Villages which amount to a collective minimum spend of €700 and collective maximum spend of €5,000 (“Offer 2 Qualifying Purchases”), for which the offer is to receive 2.5 KrisFlyer Miles instead of the usual 1.25 KrisFlyer Miles for every £1 or 1€ spent (the “ Double Miles Offer 2”).

6.3. The Triple Miles Offer 3 relates, subject to all the other rules, to those purchases made by a PPS Club Member in one or a number of various boutiques in Offer 3 Villages which amount to a collective minimum spend of €/£2,000 and collective maximum spend of €/£10,000 (“Offer 3 Qualifying Purchases”), for which the offer is to receive 3.75 KrisFlyer Miles instead of the usual 1.25 KrisFlyer Miles for every £1 or €1 spent (the “Triple Miles Offer 3”).

6.4. The Triple Miles Offer 4 relates, subject to all the other rules, to those purchases made by a PPS Club Member in one or a number of various boutiques in Offer 4 Villages which amount to a collective minimum spend of €1,500 and collective maximum spend of €10,000 (“Offer 4 Qualifying Purchases”), for which the offer is to receive 3.75 KrisFlyer Miles instead of the usual 1.25 KrisFlyer Miles for every £1 or €1 spent (the “ Triple Miles Offer 4”).

6.5. These Offers may each be redeemed more than once per Member during the Period of Promotion, subject to the minimum and maximum spend thresholds applying to each separate redemption.

6.6. Where a minimum/maximum spend value is given but no currency symbol is shown, the relevant currency is GBP(£) in Bicester Village, EUR(€) in all other European Villages, as long as those villages are Participating Villages.


7. General

7.1. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Member’s personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to:

7.1.1. enable the Offers to be redeemed for the benefit of the Member; and 7.1.2. for the purposes of tracking the levels of a Member’s spend at the Participating Villages to assess whether the Annual Threshold has been met (see paragraph 7.3 below).

7.2. 7.3. Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Members in Participating Villages which is redeemed for Miles/Points. Where a Member has applied for Miles/Points and, at any point within a calendar year, the Member’s collective annual spend at the Participating Villages during that year which is associated with the redemption of Miles/Points is equal to or exceeds €30,000 (the “Annual Threshold”) then the rate at which the Miles/Points will be awarded for that Member for the remainder of that year will be a reduced rate of one 1.25 Mile/Point for every £5 or €5 spent. The Offer(s) will not be available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold.

7.4. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any KrisFlyer Miles under the Offer(s) in cases of actual or suspected fraud.

7.5. The right to benefit from the Offer(s) is personal to the recipient of an offer email/invitation, and may not be transferred. The offer email/invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient.

7.6. The Offer(s) may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with this/these Offer(s) may not then be used to claim Miles or Points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes.

7.7. The benefits granted by the Offer(s) cannot be exchanged for cash.

7.8. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Offer(s) for any reason at any time.

7.9. Value Retail will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Offer(s), or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of the Offer(s).
