Safeguarding the well-being of children globally

As part of our commitment to safeguarding the well-being of children globally, The Bicester Collection took to the stage at a roundtable hosted by the United Nations in New York as the only representative from the private sector. The event’s theme, ‘Placing Child Protection at the Core of Sustainable Travel and Tourism’, highlighted the collective responsibility of businesses to foster a secure and nurturing environment for young individuals.

Moderated by Dr Najat Maalla M’jid, Special Representative of the Secretary-General on Violence against Children, the session delved into the critical intersection of child protection and sustainable travel. It was a significant step in bringing to the forefront of the agenda, the importance of making child protection a key part of sustainable travel and tourism.

The United Nations session was broadcast live on UNTV and can be viewed here.
