TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FLYING BLUE MEMBERS

The following promotional offer has been arranged for the benefit of Flying Blue members only (“Members”), and is provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to this offer are:

1. Period of Promotion:

1.1. The Double Miles Offer is available to Members during the period 1st January 2022 to 13th February 2022 only (the “Period of Promotion”).

2. Participating Villages:

2.1. The Double Miles Offer is available at Bicester Village, Ingolstadt Village, Wertheim Village, Fidenza Village, Kildare Village, Maasmechelen Village, La Roca Village and Las Rozas Village only (“Participating Villages”).

3. Double Miles Offer:

3.1. Members who, during the Period of Promotion: 3.1.1. spend £/€ 300 or more at a Participating Village; and 3.1.2. present proof of their Flying Blue membership together with their offer email to this Double Miles Offer and their receipts for the purchase of goods (including food and beverages) made by a Member at one or a number of various boutiques in a Participating Village (“Qualifying Purchases”), shall be entitled to receive four (4) Miles per £/€ 1 spent instead of the usual two (2) Miles per £/€ 1 spent on all Qualifying Purchases (the “Double Miles Offer”). 3.2. A Member is only entitled to redeem the Double Miles Offer once during the Period of Promotion. 3.3. Claims for this Double Miles Offer can be made: 3.3.1. at the tourist information office in the respective Participating Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or 3.3.2. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link https://www.thebicestervillageshoppingcollection.com/terms-and-conditions/. 3.4. This Double Miles Offer is not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 4.2 below.

4. General

4.1. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Members’ personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, landline and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to enable this promotional offer to be redeemed for the benefit of the Member and for the purposes of tracking the levels of a Member’s spend at the Participating Villages to assess whether certain annual spend thresholds have been met (see paragraph 4.2 below). All collection and processing of such personal data by Value Retail will be conducted in accordance with Value Retail’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here: https://www.thebicestervillageshoppingcollection.com/en/legal/privacy-notice/ 4.2. Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Members in Participating Villages which is redeemed for Miles. Where a Member has applied for Miles and, at any point within a calendar year, the Member’s collective annual spend at Participating Villages during that year which is associated with the redemption of Miles is equal to or exceeds £/€30,000 (the “Annual Threshold”) then the rate at which the Miles will be awarded for that Member for the remainder of that year will be a reduced rate of two (2) Miles for every £5, €5 spent or three (3) Miles for every 50 RMB spent.
4.3. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Miles under the Double Miles Offer in cases of actual or suspected fraud. 4.4. The right to benefit from this promotional offer is personal to the recipient of an offer email, and may not be transferred. The offer email may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient. 4.5. This promotional offer may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with this offer may not then be used to claim miles or points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes. 4.6. The benefits granted by this promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash. 4.7. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this promotional offer for any reason at any time. 4.8. Value Retail will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the promotional offer, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of this promotional offer. 4.9.
