Frequent Flyer Points Redemption

We’re pleased to offer an e-redemption service for claiming frequent flyer points and miles. Please note e-redemption service is not available for Ctrip redemptions.

To take advantage of this service, simply follow the instructions below and ensure you comply with our Terms & Conditions.

Your use of the offer to accrue ‘miles’, ‘points’ or equivalent ‘rebates’ at the Villages in Europe indicates your agreement to be bound by the Loyalty Programme Terms & Conditions, and your acceptance of our Village Privacy Notice below.

Please share:

  • Your full name
  • Your frequent flyer partner name and number
  • Images of your receipt clearly showing the boutique name, along with the time and date of purchase, the total cost of the transaction and the payment details
  • An edited image of the bank card used displaying only your name and the last four digits*
  • A photo/scan details of any promotional/bonus mileage offer/invitation (if applicable)

Send this information to the relevant email address below within 24 hours of your purchases in the Village. On receipt of this information, we’ll process your redemptions and confirm back by email.

Please ensure the size of your email is limited to 35MB. (We recommend that you edit images using your mobile device or computer to assist with this file-size restriction).

Following your first email redemption, you won't need to send the same bank card image for any subsequent redemption claims via email. Please note, a maximum of 10 payment cards can be stored at any one time. Stored cards can be updated on request.

*DISCLAIMER: Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that all details on your credit/debit card (other than your name as the cardholder and the last four (4) digits of the card number) are blanked out in the photograph/scan you send us by email to redeem your points. We will not be responsible (to the fullest extent permissible by law) for any claims, damages, losses, and/or costs incurred by you as a result of the actions or conduct of any third party if you do not block out irreversibly some or all of the information on the card other than the name of the card holder and the last four (4) digits of the card number.
