TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR H REWARDS MEMBERS
This promotional offer has been arranged for the benefit of H Rewards' members only (each a “Member” and together the “Members”), and is provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to this offer are:
1. Promotional offer
1.1. This promotional offer comprises a 10% discount offer, which is available to Members to activate during the period 5 December 2023 to 31 December 2024 (inclusive) only (“Period of Promotion”). 1.2. Once activated, this promotional offer can be redeemed on an unlimited basis at Participating Villages (as hereinafter defined) during the Period of Promotion.
2. Participating Villages
2.1. This promotional offer is available at Bicester Village, La Vallée Village, Ingolstadt Village, Wertheim Village, Fidenza Village, Kildare Village, Maasmechelen Village, La Roca Village and Las Rozas Village only (the “Participating Villages” and each a “Participating Village”).
3. 10% Membership Discount
3.1. Members who, during the Period of Promotion, using the link provided on the dedicated landing page of H Rewards: 3.1.1. either: 3.1.1.1. register with Value Retail’s “Membership” loyalty programme (“Membership”) for the relevant Participating Village; or 3.1.1.2. sign in to their existing Membership account for the relevant Participating Village; and 3.1.2. scan their Membership QR code when purchasing goods (including food and beverages) at that Participating Village (“Qualifying Purchases”), will be entitled to a 10% discount on such Qualifying Purchases (the “Membership Discount Offer”). 3.2. Members acknowledge that each of the Participating Villages has its own Membership programme and that Members will not be able to use their Membership account for one Participating Village at a different Participating Village. To redeem the Membership Discount Offer at every Participating Village, the Member would need to have a Membership account for each of those Participating Villages. 3.3. Not all boutiques (including those offering food and beverages) in a Participating Village participate in the Membership Discount Offer, and restrictions and exceptions relating to certain products apply in some boutiques. Members should therefore discuss the Membership Discount Offer with the sales assistant before making a purchase to check that the items being purchased are eligible for this Membership Discount Offer. 3.4. This Membership Discount Offer will be available to view on the dashboard of a Member’s Membership account for scanning by the sales assistant. 3.5. 4. General
4.1. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Member’s personal data, which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to enable this promotional offer to be redeemed for the benefit of the Member. The right to benefit from this promotional offer is personal to the recipient of an offer email, and may not be transferred. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this promotional offer for any reason at any time. 4.6. Value Retail will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of this promotional offer, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of this promotional offer. 4.7.
