Easter: Membership Terms and Conditions – Gift With Purchase Offer

The following promotional offer is provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to this offer are:

1. Period of Promotion

1.1. The Gift With Purchase Offer is available to customers who meet the Eligibility Criteria in paragraph 3 below, during the period 30 March 2026 to 30 April 2026 only (“Period of Promotion”).

2. Participating Villages

2.1. The Gift With Purchase Offer is available at:

  • Bicester Village
  • Fidenza Village
  • Ingolstadt Village
  • Kildare Village
  • La Vallée Village
  • La Roca Village
  • Las Rozas Village
  • Maasmechelen Village
  • Wertheim Village

(collectively, the “Participating Villages”).

3. Gift With Purchase Offer – Eligibility Criteria

3.1. Customers who, during the Period of Promotion:

3.1.1. either:

  • register with Value Retail’s Membership programme (“Membership”) at a Participating Village, if not already registered; or
  • log in to their existing registered Membership account;

3.1.2. spend a cumulative amount of £/€350 or more in a day on goods (including food and beverages) at one or more boutiques at any one of the Participating Villages which is not their primary Village of Membership (“Qualifying Purchases”); and

3.1.3. scan their individual Membership QR code in the boutiques or food and beverage venues at the time of each Qualifying Purchase,

will receive a notification via the Membership App and/or by email and on their Membership dashboard that they are entitled to receive one (1) Village‑specific gift (for details see below – each a “Gift With Purchase”) together with details on where to claim the gift at the Participating Village (the “Gift With Purchase Offer”).

3.2. Village‑Specific Gifts

3.3. Availability

Customers acknowledge that availability of the Gift With Purchase Offer is:

  • limited to 250 units at each of Bicester Village, Fidenza Village, Ingolstadt Village, Kildare Village, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, Maasmechelen Village and Wertheim Village;
  • unlimited at La Vallée Village;
  • offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

3.4. Redemption Limit

A Member is only entitled to redeem the Gift With Purchase Offer once during the Period of Promotion.

3.5. Technical Issues

Value Retail shall not be liable for any technical issues that may affect redemption of the Gift With Purchase Offer.

3.6. Gift Collection

The Gift With Purchase must be collected at the Participating Village where the Customer made the Qualifying Purchases, and collection must be made on or before 30 April 2026.
If the Gift With Purchase is not collected by this date, the offer shall lapse and the Customer shall have no claim against Value Retail.

4. Membership Terms

5. General

5.1. Customers acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process personal data (including name, membership card number, transactional spend, residence, gender, date of birth, email address, phone numbers, and other required details) to enable redemption of promotional offers.

5.2. The right to benefit from this promotional offer is personal to the recipient of the offer email and may not be transferred.
5.3. Receipts used for this offer may not be used to claim miles or points in other loyalty programmes.
5.4. The benefits granted by this promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.5. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this promotional offer at any time.
5.6. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Gift With Purchase in cases of actual or suspected fraud.
5.7. Value Retail will not be liable for any financial loss arising from refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of the promotional offer, or any failure or inability of the Customer to take advantage of it.
